    I bought a powerbank from ravpower november 29th 2023. I was visiting my sister so i ordered it to her house, and i didnt receive it before i left the states. My sister received the ********** and took it with her when visiting ****** recently. I opened the box and started to charge it but it wouldnt charge, it eventually showed progress but when i disconnect the charger it wouldnt turn on and when i tried charging it again it was back to showing no charge. I did some other tests to see if anything worked at all and no it didnt. I reached out to ravpower by mail and told them about my problem, they agreed that the powerbank is not supposed to be like that and offered me a replacement. I would say yes to a replacement, however they wouldnt ship it to ******, so i asked for a refund, they only want to give me a 30% refund because it has been so long, and i tried explaining that it took so long because i just now received it. They still wont give me a refund or send it to ******.

    Ravpower Portable charger RP-PB052 purchased March 12, 2017.Item has lifetime warranty.reached out to Ravpower as per manual.sent multiple ******** first they said their products have an 18 month warranty, offered me 15% off of a new product.I sent more emails showing receipts again along with manual showing the lifetime warranty.Ravpower doesn't want to honor the warranty and put it on ****** even though the manual says to contact Ravpower.

    - I purchased the RAVPower NP-FW50 Camera Battery Charger Set for **** through the RAVPower Official store on Amazon. One battery has now completely failed and will not charge at all. The other battery has degraded significantly and will barely hold a charge. I reached out to the company to get a warranty replacement. Per their website, products purchased directly from them are covered by warranty for 30 months from the date of its original purchase. - Per their request, I provided documentation of the order number, sellers name (RAVPower Official), and photos of the product and the serial number. I also provided a short video demonstration of the malfunctioning item per their request. - I was told "We would like to arrange a replacement for the malfunctioning item to assist you in resolving this issue" by customer service agent ******. - I then provided them all of my personal information including name, address, and phone number. - After all of this, they retracted their promise to replace the defective product. They told me to reach out to Amazon, which I did, who told me it was the seller's responsibility to honor their warranty. - Ravpower is refusing to honor their warranty as listed on their website. They promised me in writing that they would replace the defective item but then walked back on this promise. All I want from them is to honor their warranty and replace my defective batteries.

    I contacted Amazon October 15th ***************************************** a refund on a device I purchased June 16th 2021. brewing Amazon's automated system I was required to send a message to the seller which I waited a week for a response for them to determine that the seller is no longer selling items through Amazon anymore. so I contacted the manufacturer The manufacturer was pretty adamant on not fulfilling the warranty as it is Amazon's issue. back to Amazon through customer service I was granted a A to Z warranty refund accepts they were going to apply it to a bank account that no longer was active. I then suggested it I should contact the manufacturer again to ensure that there is no other way this could get processed. they again denied and I was on the phone with customer service again with Amazon this time there A to Z claim option was not available in their system even after escalated to customer service management. since then there have been email correspondence back and forth this company Sun valleytek being that they are the writer and guaranteer of the warranty for manufacturers defects. beginning of December 2022 I received an email granting a one time warranty replacement. and as the email said I should receive a RMA request from the warranty department within 7 business days. having not received it I sent a follow-up email. were then again I was told to contact Amazon Even though I was told otherwise in the email prior. which has brought me here to apply pressure for somebody to do something about it being that neither company wants to replace the item. attached will be the call / email log that includes dates and times available to me during the times I was in contact with Amazon or ************. originating message sent 10/15/22 to Amazon approximately 5-7 separate customer service interaction via app and phone. unable to export correspondence. see email printout for sunvalley

    My charger stopped working, i ordered the item march 2021. Its supposed to have the 18 months warranty but I have been thrown back and forth between emails and amazon. The company states that they cannot process the warranty because the store i ordered it from is already closed. How can it close the it was sold and shipped by amazon. They are also insisting that i need to make amazon file the claim for me but as per amazon i need to contact the manufacturer directly, it was even indicated on the support help to contact the manufacturer. This is breach of contract, i am not supposed to be having issues filing a warranty. I understand if it was from a third party seller but this item was directly bought from amazon.
