    I have had the WORST experience with RavPower. AVOID PURCHASING FROM THEM AT ALL COSTS.Purchased 2 wall chargers a few years ago. I submitted an RMA to their support when both stopped working. I was told I'd be getting replacements for both units. This was Dec '22.By Feb, I had not received replacements. When I checked in, I was told that the replacements would arrive in 5-7 days. By March, they claimed my replacements were lost.Late March - they told me that if I paid more, they would send me 2 NEW chargers. I reluctantly did, assuming this would be treated as a NEW order. They sent out 2 new items in April. In Oct, I awoke to a high-pitched beeping noise in my kitchen. The LED light was off, and the unit was HOT. Like burn your hand hot.I wrote to receive a replacement - "We could send a replacement to you with the same item to the same shipping address. Could you please confirm this?" I confirmed. They replied "We have arranged a new replacement order."A week later, I received a battery pack - not the wall charger. I was asked to send the serial number of that battery pack as well as a photo of the packaging I received it in. I did.They replied "We could send a new replacement to you with the same item RP-PC151. Could you accept this?" I said yes, since this is already what they said they'd be doing.Mid-Nov "We have arranged a new replacement order with this model RP-PC151. The **** tracking number of this order is ___."Late-Nov, I received the SAME incorrect item again. They reply: "We are sorry to hear that the replacement is with the same issue. Unfortunately, we just confirmed the guarantee of this order has expired. The period is calculated from the date of purchase, in this case we could not arrange a replacement or a refund for you."After sending me the wrong item twice, they claim that it's out of warranty. Latest email from Dec: "We are unable to further arrange a solution for you. Please understand."AVOID - SAFETY ISSUE!!
