    I like their prices. I do have a problem with some of the merchandise being either substandard and or aged, dirty etc. I have learned that their better quality items cost a little more and have not aged. Will continue to do business with them.

    I have had purchased once from this company... I was missing bags in my large order. Several bags had black marks all over them. Requested to get the missing bags sent to me, as the shipping rate for this place is ridiculous unless you spend over $300. Got a refund of store credit. So disappointed in this company.

    Shipping was very fast! Bags arrived neatly folded and ready to add my HTV, which turned out amazing. Great quality bag that is sturdy and well made!

    I had an issue with the shipping with my order and though it was an overall misunderstanding nobody at totebagfactory could actually help me with how their shipping works. I had to figure it out all on my own with no guidance and instead a different company helped me. As a company you should know how the shipping for your company works and the shipping vocabulary means. Instead of assuming the customer the customer is stupid and explaining how to find a package when its shipped. I was offered the worst solutions via phone and felt completely unsupported. As someone who orders for business Im not sure I want to continue to support them. As business owners we need a support team that is responsive and supportive and I didnt feel I received that service.

    I have been a customer for about 4 years. The reusable bags I have received were sent in a timely way and lived up to my expectations. I use them in my small craft woodworking business and my customers are pleasantly surprised to receive their items in such a nice tote bag. I look forward to ordering many times in the future.

    I am very happy with my purchase. I bought a twelve pack of the medium size polypropyline drawstring backpacks. The backpacks appear to be made well. The bottom is reinforced. I purchased these to use for Operation Christmas Child shoeboxes. I did test one by putting some books in it and hanging it on the doorknob overnight. It held up well. My order was shipped very quickly. I am completely happy with my order and the service I received.

    I called tote bag factory about my order. It was not as expected and an item had a marks on it. They told me to send an email with pics, which I did. The same day I received notice they credited my account for the items! I had no problems! I have been shopping with them for a few years now!
