    I have been ordering from Tote Bags for several years. *** always been impressed with the pricing and speed of fulfilling the order. I do product demos using their drawstring and cargo type bags. Good quality for our purposes.

    I have been a customer since summer 2020. I had an issue with the postal service as we were in the beginning stages of the pandemic. After multiple attempts to locate my order via emailing the **** directly, there was no communication or resolution. I decided to contact TBF. Not only were they able to reach the correct person/department, they kept me abreast of each step taken via email. Once the package was finally located, they were able to make certain the delivery would be completed within 48 hours. I received in less than 24 hours (so it was close to my home). I was able to complete my order on time. Its been two years and I still have no idea about the post office intentions??. TBF still offered me free shipping on my next order due to the inconvenience (that was due to no fault of their own). They met my needs even when they could have simply stated, The package has been shipped, its out of our hands. I never had to reach out to them more than the initial issue. I was given an estimated time for a reply and that time never expired before the next update was provided. Thank you TBF for the positive experiencessss!

    **************** was great. I had a couple of problems (which was my fault) and they were very prompt in addressing my concerns.Shipping was fast and I got both of my orders within three to four days.The polyester tote bags I bought were very nice. I did sublimation on them and had to play around with the temp and time to see what worked best. The only complaint I have, is the shipping seemed pretty expensive. I paid the full shipping amount on the first order but due to a promotion for free shipping I got the second one without paying shipping.

    *** only ordered once, so far. I can say I was happy with it. One little mixup on their part but we got it taken care of and I received my order promptly from the east coast warehouse as promised. I was happy with the tote bag. Looking forward to ordering more to decorate.

    I had canceled my order the same day I placed it. But they still processes it even though I had gotten a response from them saying they would cancel. They now will NOT refund the shipping cost and are making my pay for shipping to send them back

    Terrible customer service. Provided the wrong product that was not reflected in the proof I approved, and when I requested a reprint by a specific deadline for your event, they provided the reprint order 5 days past the deadline! They have been completely nonresponsive and despite multiple calls (I think more than 10 now) I have gotten no replies from management and customer service "can't" transfer my call. Terrible, terrible company.
