    We were thinking about using Tote Bag Factory for an order but wanted to see the quality first. They were very helpful in helping us obtain a sample and the quality was great once we received the order. We are going to place a full order based on their customer service alone.

    I ordered two teachers tote bags and they came within 3 or 4 days! They look to be sturdy enough and good quality I will be examining more when we paint add some paint designs to them this weekend. **************** answered most of my questions pre order. So I'm quite pleased!

    I am pleased as punch with the canvas bags I bought. I am a business that sells locally at craft fairs and events. I wanted quality material. The shipping was a reasonable time and the packaging was top notch. I did have some missing items from my first order but TBF was quick to resolve it and I will receive the missing items ASAP. The company is now my go-to for my business ordering.

    The grocery-sized Reusable Grocery Bag / Shopping Tote with PL Bottom are the best I have ordered and I have ordered alot (thousands) They even come with a plastic card that fits in the bottom which helps hold the bag open and allows for cleaning! The quality is superb and the order placement, shipping and delivery was seamless with a great price. I will buy again and more.
