    In April 2023, AB Renovations came to my home with an offer to replace my roof. I agreed to use their services with the understanding that I had 3 days to change my mind. I then signed a loan contract in the amount of $24,334.69 with **************. The next day when I arrived home from work around 7:30am the entire roof on my home had been removed by AB Renovations. Then a new representative from AB Renovations advised me that additional work needed to be done and requested that I sign a second contract with ************* in the amount of $36,111.00. I signed that contract with the understanding that the first contract with ************** was voided. In March 2025 I received notice that ************** has filed a law suit against me in the amount of $24,334.69. This means that AB Renovations was paid twice.

    I am contacting you all on behalf of my elderly mother. On March 15, 2024 a contract was signed with AB Renovations for mold remediation and roof replacement on the property. After the work began, the workers determined that it was necessary to replace the insulation and 3 windows. An additional contract was signed on March 21, 2024 for this work to get completed. The roofing and insulation work was completed; however, the windows have not been replaced. Several attempts have been made to get an update on when this work will get completed. Each time we call, we are instructed to call back the next day. On one occasion we were told the windows would be installed by the end of October. We have been told there is a plastic shortage, and that there was a death in someone's family. Many excuses have been given, while payments are being made for windows that we have not received.

    Was approached by this company at my home to do some painting and resurfacing on my home. Agreed to a contract but decided to cancel was miss quoted a number of times and appeared to be a false business because I could never get a hold of them . Company now continues to harass me by calling me asking me to sign up for service appears to be a scam . Others have also reported bad reviews saying they take money for a job, but never come back to finish it. Im still getting constantly harassed by them on a weekly basis.

    We never serviced this client. He canceled the day after the sale, was rude and abrasive, while we tried to accommodate his apprehensions and he canceled. Complaining to the ** when we have never worked with the customer is egregious.

    I signed a contract with the company to fix my roof a few weeks ago. I paid them $18,000. On the 2nd day, they came out and tore the roof off and removed damaged wood. They left my house exposed for 3 days. My attic was completely exposed and I kept telling the company I was hearing birds inside my house due to the roof being completely open. It took multiple calls to them for them to come and finally over the roof and according to them change all the wood. When I looked I could visually see that they had not replaced all the wood as promised. I asked them to replace it again and asked why the job was taking this long and kept getting answers like its a permit issue. They finally came to replace the wood in the process they left all the trash from the roof in my driveway. They had promised they clean up all trash daily to not cause issues with the neighbors and issues with nails damaging car tires. 3 days later the wood is still in my driveway. Its now 3 weeks in and nothing else has been done. I have asked to talk to the owner and I am getting excuses after excuse. I want a refund and I DO NOT want to use this company at all! There is a 3 day waiver to get out of the contact. They tore my roof off day 2 and since then have been back twice -for a few hrs to partially complete the messed up job they did just tearing the roof off. I dont trust this company to do the work on a house I plan to live in forever. I am unable to load pictures. I keep getting an error message on this website.

    Despite my repeated requests to be removed from their call list, AB Renovations and ******************* have harassed me with unwanted calls from different phone numbers over the last 3 years. I block the number and get another call weeks later asking the same question. Outside of an initial quote, which was WAY over the other quotes we got, I've never had any business dealings with this company and have told them to stop calling. Their relentless persistence is both annoying and intrusive. I strongly advise others to be wary of this company's aggressive marketing tactics. Even if you're getting quotes, do not contact them or they will never leave you alone.

    My apologies,

    But **** you are not a customer. We have never done work in your house. Leaving us unsavory complaints on Yelp and the BBB is completely uncalled for. We never worked with you and the hostility for which your leaving us defamatory messaging proves that theirs a motive for discreditation. Our prices are absolute and brimmed with honesty. The really meat and the potatoes here is that you didn't like our initial prices and think it's okay to disparage us over a rejected quote. All you have to do is call the office or leave it alone. I will ensure that nobody ever calls you again, as long as you revoke the claims. That's the best we can do. We have left you alone since you rejected our price.

    We had a new roof put on our home and garage area in July 2023. The roof leaked in November, December and January. This company came to repair the leaks. A few weeks they had to come back again to fix more leaks again. Then in April 2024 we had a leak that was in a different place, that messed up our ceiling. We called them to tell them we had another leak in a different place. That was April Tues.,1******.Spoke to ******** ,and she said she will call back in 15. She did not.On 4-17-24, We called back and left a message asking to speak to a Manager. they called back and said the will be coming over before 4pm they did not show up.On 4-18-24 someone showed up, told us they will come back and repair both the roof and the ceiling. WE have not heard from them to this moment NOT a word. Today it is May ******.

    put down a deposit of ****** dollars to start a job between 01/22 - 1/8/22 that was the last I herd from them, I tried calling and got no answering not able to leave a voice male until yesterday 12/22 talked with ********************* who just handed me off to a woman called *****, sent her a copy of the bill via text on 12/22 and that was the last I heard from anyone. I think these people are lyres and Thief's and I just want my money back.************************* / *********************

    We have no records of AB Renovations Corp doing business with *************************. I spoke to him to confirm we were not business he was looking for. he said would call to remove complaint. I mention our business name and information seem not to be the right one.
