    Fraud and complete scam operation. Our contract agreement for project was to replace outdoor staircase ($15k), iron motorized gates, three iron gate doors with smart locks ($17k). Agreed to finance with synchrony that would send a credit card for charges in increments based on deposit and when project was completed. AB charged on our synchrony account the entire amount $32k without our authorization and before AB even began the project. AB did the staircase, but ******** (owner) and ******** told us the motorized gates and iron gate doors were on order. The project was signed October 8, 2024 and as of June 4th, 2025 they have not done anything. We called, left voice messages, text messages and was given the run around, lied to and now they are no longer responsive. We submitted a dispute with Synchrony multiple times, but denied as ******************* is working with us. We explained Synchrony authorized charges on our account without our approval and that ** has not completed the project with pictures, and copies of SOW along with copies of voicemail and text messages. AB falsified documents and believe Synchrony is complicit with AB activity. We are filing a lawsuit with both.

    A solicitor from AB Renovations offered a free quote on the roof, so I let them take a look at the roof (we previously had no issues with the roof).He showed me pictures from another client where the roof sheating as well as the main beam is rotten, and he said our house is getting close to that. He said the roof is soft when he stepped on the roof, and the shingle is old. He said we need to replace the shingle and the roof sheating for the entire house and gave me a quote of $30K+.Since I don't know them and wanted to get a few quotes from trusted sources like friend's recommendations, I said I'm not signing anything that day. The salesperson was clearly annoyed and left.A few days later I got quotes from a few trusted sources, and guess what, NONE of them said the entire roof replaced. They did say there are a few places where the original contractor/roofer didn't install the roof properly and need some repair, but they said there is no way I need to replace the entire roof.Do not waste your time with this scammer.

    We found this company via flyer passed around in my neighborhood. We were interested. We a signed a contract for window job. We attempted to cancel the next day, which is within CA 3 day cancellation law. The representative said that even if we were to cancel, we would still have to pay for the windows because they would be delivered to our home, so we decided to continue with the job. We had eight windows installed and a patio door the windows were installed within two weeks, which is great but they started one day late and did not do any touch up paint to the wall so they didnt restore the wall to original condition. After calling to inquire about the touch up, stucco and paint, our calls went unanswered for weeks. The workers were courteous, professional and did an amazing job, but its not finished. Salesman attempted to sale me on other work in my home, and they did not understand no very well. I would not recommend this business to others. See pictures on yelp.

    Do not give this company your hard earn money. This company is illegally operating with another license. They claim they are Licensed , but dont have a *************** Building License. They use a license under *********************** whole different company . The owner is greedy and rips people off . 90 % of their clients are 65 years and older so the owner takes advantage of that. They did a roof at my house last year and its been leaking ever since . I tried contacting the owner and the office and they simply just ignore my calls and messages .

    It was a slow beginning but once they got started it went very well. The workers was very thoughtful considerate and polite.
