    At the end of 2024 my husband brought our broken ******************** machine to aLatteHotte in *******; on 01/21/25, as per the phone conversation with ****** ********* (name provided on the quote), the repair work was paid via Zelle ($225.00), as per the provided quote; on 02/18, I called *** to check on the status of the repair - *** stated that he was waiting for a detail to be delivered; then I called on 03/14 - *** told me that he was abroad and he would call me next week when he gets back - never happened; I tried to call him numerous times on 03/26 - none of the calls came through, it sounded like the line was disconnected; on 03/27 I sent *** a text message - it was delivered, but never answered; I sent 2 emails on 03/27 & 03/28 - never answered. When my husband got hold of *** from his cell on 03/31, the recipient said that he had no idea what my husband was talking about. When I tried to call from my home phone - the call doesn't go through. Here is the phone of ***(ert) ********* # ************. What should I do next? This person may have taken money from many people... Thank you for your attention to this case!

    Sent my coffee machine for repair on May 10th, 2024. Got it back around July 17th. Came back with the coffee bean ****** lid missing. Sent him a pic of the missing lid. He sent me a ******. I told him to send me the lid and I will send the ****** back, He then said to keep the ****** I may need it in the future, and he will send the lid because he has plenty of them. I sent him an email the early part of October asking him to send me the lid as a gift for my birthday, I have not heard from him since.

    I took my Miela automatic coffee maker in in early 2024. It had a 3 year warranty and was under warranty. I submitted many phone calls, none of which was answered by a person. I wrote probably 30 emails. ***, the Owner or manager kept making excuses. Recently the repair company ceased operations. I was told to go by to pick it up but it did not work and parts were missing. The website, email and phone numbers are unresponsive. This coffee maker is worth over a thousand dollars.

    I sent a coffee machine in for repair and paid my invoice. Its been months and I keep getting jerked around by the owner. Wish I would have read those complaints before proceeding.

    Sent coffee machine SAECO TALEA RING for repair and paid $ ****** for service and over $ ****** for shipping in December 2022. After many e mails and phone calls still haven't received my machine back. Last few months they are not even answering our e mails. We even suggested to send us a replacement machine - if they lost ours - no response. In the past we had very good experience with this company.

    Paid for services not rendered. Upon looking for information it is apparent this company operates in BAD FAITH with hundreds of similar complaints. They need to be held accountable.     A Latte ***** website says they are authorized to fix Gaggia coffeemakers. I sent them a Gaggia Classic espresso machine in June 2022 to their ************ address and paid them the requested repair cost of $213 on 10 July 2022. After 13 email exchanges and several phone calls in the past ********************************** their possession (as of 07 December 2023). In my last email I asked if the business was "scamming" me and I have been "ghosted" (ignored) by *** ("Executive Director") since that time.

    Alatte ***** is listed as an authorized ***** repair center. In May, 2021, I paid $200 to ship my expensive ***** coffee maker to them, and paid $250 to repair it. They had my machine for over 1 1/2 years & then told me they couldnt fix it and sent me a broken used machine. They caused me immense stress. At the very least they should refund me the $450 I spent to have them fix it.Not long after receiving it, they told me that it was fixed and would soon be shipped back. For the next YEAR AD A HALF they told me that every time I wrote to them. Then, in October, 2022, they told me my machine was totally unrepairable, and sent me a different machine that did not work. Here is a summary of what they told me in emails: 6/3/21: The machine is scheduled for completion next week. 7/10/21: The repair is already finished. It is just waiting on a few maintenance gaskets. I can get it out next week.8/9/21: I will have the warehouse ship it. 8/25/21: It is now in extended testing. An issue came up in descaling that they ironed out yesterday, so it is just about ready to go. 9/17/21: I will get tracking for you this weekend. 9/20/21: It is scheduled to be picked up on Thursday. 10/5/21: It is on the schedule to be mailed this week. 11/24/21: We will have it on the way back on Monday. 12/2/21: It was fully functional over the weekend but then it died. Ill look into it on Saturday. 12/7/21: The machine is dead. I ordered a new *** board for it.12/17/21: The *** board will be here on Tuesday.3/18/22: I am going to talk to the tech about [your machine] this afternoon. 3/23/22: It is all fixed and working properly. They are wrapping it up on Friday. 4/7/22: It took a little more effort than expectedbut it should be ready to go tomorrow. 5/17/22: It is working 100%. I will ship it on Monday 7/2/22: I will get it out by this Tuesday. 10/27/22: With no explanation, *** informed me that my machine was totally unrepairable.

    I shipped My Saeco ****** Coffemaker, at my expense, to Alottehotte in August of 2022. I received a invoice and paid $252. I have sent more than ***************************************************** more.=, with no information on progress of repair or estimate of return. I t has been 8 months this time I have sent coffeemakers to this company several times in the past and they are very slow, 3-5 months and I have always had to continually ask for ********. They have my machine and my money and I have no information and no idea how to get any. I hope I haven't permanently lost my mony and my machine.

    On Dec 14, 2022 I shipped a SAECO coffee maker to ALatte ***** for repairs. I had to continually email the company asking for updates for the next 6 weeks. They charged me $302.00 for repair of the machine, said it was in great shape and they would send it back. I then waited for another month and had to send multiple emails again asking for status updates, shipping and tracking information. There were always excuses as to why I wasn't getting the machine back in a timely manner. I finally received the machine back 6 weeks after I sent it in, when on their website they state a ***** hour turnaround. I did not receive the same machine back that I sent in, it doesn't function properly and it is leaking.
