    I sent my *********************** Machine to aLatteHotte for repair. On 9/14/2020 I paid $245 for the repair and return shipping of my machine. I have several emails and have spoken to *** the owner several times. Has has continuously strung me along promising to return my machine. Every time I told him I would contact the**** he would convince me not to and promised to ship me my machine. All I want is my machine back at this point.

    I sent in my ***** espresso maker for repair which was received Aug.15th, 2022. I was told it would take 24 hours to repair. When I didn't hear anything I sent an email. I paid up front $289.00 which included the cost of the part and mail charge for ***** to send it back. I have had emails returned from 9/9, 9/16, 9/29 and 10/8. The messages are always excuses: "Part was ordered", then it was "It's in testing." Then it was "**** is working on your unit." the last one said . "It must be ready to go." Unless I initiate asking for a reason for the delaly, I haven't gotten any responses. even when he says "I will check and let you know." I'm very frustrated at the lack of customer care, and in reading website posts, all are saying, stay away, the CEO *** is a crook, and they haven't gotten their coffee makers back. I really would like my money back.

    i sent my Saeco SuperAutomatic espresso machine to ALatteHotte for repairs on ********* ** ***** I paid in full for the service and received a receipt on ******** ** and was told that repairs would begin the following week. After a month, I started emailing them every couple of weeks and was provided a different reason for the delay each time. Finally, they shipped back the machine in March **** with a shattered water tank. They claimed that *** broke it in shipping, but *** denied the claim. After several attempts to get the machine fixed and returned, it was returned inoperable. At that point, I requested a refund of what I had paid them, and the CEO agreed on May 22, 2022. The refund has still not been made despite several more attempts to get payment.
