    I purchased Cilajet as an ad on from the dealership when I bought my vehicle. After doing more research I had buyer's remorse and tried to cancel it even before it was added after speaking to several employeers at ************* in ****** ********** they assured me of my purchase. After having the vehicle for a few days, I noticed water spotting all over my vehicle after the condensation from the morning dried up. So as the dealer advised me "I should be able to spray my car off with a ************ the dirt and water spots will come off". The water spots do not come off no matter what I try. I've purchased all the recommended Cilajet products online to wash my car, yet spotting and streaking still occurs. I've reached out to the dealership several times and they always refer me to a person who handles the Cilajet applications and left my name and phone number several times and have not received a response in months. I'll also be filing a complaint with ************* as well.

    I spoke with the customer (******) on 3/20/23 to get additional information regarding his complaint.  He stated that his main concerns are that water spots will remain on his vehicle after washing, and that the overall experience is not as described by the selling dealership.  I told ****** that we are sorry his experience is not what he was expecting, and that we will contact the selling dealership to attempt to resolve his concerns.

    I am rejecting this response because: Ive been out of town so I havent been able to view my messages on my case, but I dont feel very heard as a customer when the company responds to the ******************** complaints and calls me, ****** several times.
