    I purchased this ceramic coating from my *** dealer for my X3. Within just a couple of years, it has started failing. When I reached out to Cilajet today, they told me that most all product defects are essentially not covered under warranty. Sure enough, buried in the warranty excludes basically everything that could go wrong with this product. If you want to spend over $1000 to have your vehicle ceramic coated, I highly suggest choosing a different product.

    Cilajet appearance protection protects the vehicles paint from environmental damage - I.E. Tree sap, acid rain, hard water etching. The warranty administrator and insurer have not denied *****'s claim. We have communicated with *****, and have advised ***** to please take the vehicle with the concerns to the selling dealership where Cilajet was purchased for assistance with starting a claim. We also communicated that if ***** has additional questions to please call Cilajet's office at ************** and ask to speak with the ******************
