I have emails of the first video card malfunctioning upon their confirmation I sent it back into them they allegedly repaired it I received the computer back in August tried it out and it still had all of the same issues as before I contacted customer service rep and she said since it was past the 30 days there was nothing they could do so I'm left with a defective product that I cannot useInitial Complaint

I purchased a PC from this company (Order #*******) on July 18, and received it on August 3 and right out of the box the PC was not working. The PC turns on, but the monitors stay black. I followed all the reseating guides on their website and made sure that all the wires were properly connected. I troubleshooted and found out that it's likely caused by a defective GPU. Their website claims they test before shipping the PC out, but it's obviously not true. I also received incorrect parts within the PC and did not receive the things I ordered. I was told to open a ticket and a support agent would get back to me within 6-12 hours, however no one has gotten back to me. I just want to return this PC asap and get a full refund for everything (including shipping).Business Response

They refunded me for the PC. Final comments: It's very misleading that they advertise that they test the PCs before shipping when they clearly don't test them. In February of 2022 I purchased a computer from this company for ****** I received the computer around a month later with parts missing. I sent the computer back to be repaired. A month later it returned again with even more missing parts. I sent the computer back again for repair. It's been 4 months since then and I still have not received my computer. I've called and emailed the company of several occasions however I never hear back from then in regards to an update on my order status. I would just like the product that I had purchased as it's now been 6 months since ive purchased the computer.Business Response

Customer has chose to swear at the team with multiple uses of profanity We are also working with ***** to determine if there is foul play with their drivers. However, all evidence points to it being theft with these parts. Either the customer side, or *****. Until ***** confirms, we cannot cover costs on "missing parts" due to not being sure if it's the customer or ***** stealing claimed parts. Admittedly I have been frustrated to not receive my order in working condition since I placed my order. I have worked with customer service on several occasions including taking photos and shipping the package back. I would just like updates on my case because every time I reach out I'm told I hear from them within 48 hours to receive no response from them. I'm still willing to work with them to provide any evidence they need to prove that the computer I sent back was in the same condition that I had received it. I recently purchase a gaming pc the Id *******, and it cost a little over ****** And it was supposed to have been a high-performance gaming pc but most games crash after 15 min. I've been through all of redux trouble shooting process which wasted an entire month of my time. And finally, when i thought, we were going to make some progress they ask to send the five pictures of the pc so they can send a return shipping label and I did no response I've even resent it still no response.Business Response

I purchased a gaming pc on May 26, 2022. Order number XXXXX. I received the unit on June 14. It was determined that we received a faulty graphics card. I was given two options. Option 1: Return the graphics card and a new one would be sent back. Option 2: Pay for a new graphics card, return the bad one, and once the faulty one is received, I would receive a refund. I chose Option 1 and immediately returned the faulty graphics card. On Friday, June 24, ***** could not deliver to Build Redux because the building was closed. On Monday, June 27, the faulty graphics card was received by Build Redux and I asked when I would be receiving the new graphics card. I received a response that I would be receiving a tracking number. I followed up again Tuesday, June 28, and received no response. Today, June 29, I received an email that they have an inventory issue with the graphics card and replacement may take longer than necessary. Graphics cards are readily available and I could purchase one locally, immediately. The lack of communication and only receiving responses via email regardless of calling their office number is truly disappointing. I would like a refund of ***** plus tax.Business Response
