1 starI got my PC in January of 2022. Everything was awesome. It worked great, ran games great, and was without damage (so I thought). I never took any components out of my PC because according to redux this "voids the warranty" so I never took the risk to remove any components. Last week my graphics card started artifacting. A 3 year old FE 3090 already dead. Due to the artifacting and being outside of the warranty window I removed my graphics card and what do I find? Physical damage from an obvious drop that completely chipped and scraped the cooler of my card along with multiple bent cooling fans. None of this was visible without removing the card because it was on the bottom motherboard side of the card. After over a week of conversing with redux they did absolutely nothing about it. I realize I was out of the warranty window, but if I would have seen the damage on the card, I would have INSTANTLY sent the whole PC back. Looking back I absolutely should have removed every single component and looked at it upon arrival, but everything seemed to be working perfectly, and if I would have removed it and caused damage in the process I would have been screwed. There is no reason a 3090 should be artifacting after minimal/average gaming after 3 years. Removing the *** and seeing literal drop damage and knowing someone still put that into my PC and sent it out to me is absolutely ridiculous. I would have previously recommended Redux but there is not a chance I would ever even consider visiting their website again let alone purchasing anything from them. 0/5 stars.Review fromJosh U

1 starAfter spending 2700$ I was told a month later that they no longer had what I ordered in stock even though when the order was placed it certainly was in stock. Told they would charge almost $600 more to get me a newer version even when the cost for that newer version is no where close to that. Terrible business practice to charge someone money then go back on it and try charging more after having them wait an entire month. Which by the way was only told to me after I had reached out.Review fromMyles C

1 starSad to see I will also be piling on to the list of complaints. they sent me a defective product, i've been battling them and my credit card company to get my money back. Has a Blue Screen the first time I booted up. Restarted the computer and it went away. Thought it was weird but used it over the weekend. monday came around I powered it off and the next time I turned it on. Blue Screen. Did the whole Troubleshoot process which for them is just straight to totally wiping the computer so the hours of game downloads I'd done over the weekend gone. Their fix didn't work so I sent it back for a refund. They had the ***** to tell me they couldn't recreate the error I was getting. BS, cause I called my ***** that works in IT as a LINUX/Mac Dev for help, he's more than capable with Windows too. We spent 10 hours trying every possible fix including individually checking each OS file for corruption and repairing it and we still got the error. Then they demand I pay not a flat fee restock fee but a percentage based one like somehow the price of the components in the ** make taking them out and putting them back in a warehouse harder. Build Redux is a scam. I used them cause I am busy and didn't wanna spend the time planning and building a new rig now i've spend 10x the amount of time it would have taken me to build my own and i still don't have my money back. going on month 6 now.Review fromTaylor W

1 starLike everyone else here, spend $3200 to these guys and got a bricked ** in December of 2023. Thing kept going to windows blue screen then back to a hard reset in a viscous cycle. Trying to get them to take the ** back has been a nightmare of them ghosting for days with no reply. Make sure you do not spend your hard earned money here and go to a more reputable company or just learn to build your own **. you will be much happier and get better parts for your money rather than the low end parts these guys put in your build. Shame on you guys Build Redux. What an awful experience.Review fromJason P

1 starSo i was having issues with my Computer an getting a Black screen, assumed the graphics card was shutting down, then I had a blue screen fail to boot death loop, sent the computer back to build redux to get the software an graphics card replaced. 1 starI bought my computer back in August of 2023, after a couple months the computer started crashing a lot. I did my own troubleshooting and nothing i tried worked. I contacted their support and ran through all the troubleshooting with them and they found nothing wrong but I was still having issues. They set up the *** shipping, charged me for a box and some foam to put around the outside of the computer case to ship it back. I did so and now they are rejecting my warranty because it was damaged in shipping it back to them. They claim the graphics card and motherboard were both damaged and tried to extort an addition $2000 from me to fix it. I was not told or sent anything from Build Redux to put inside the case for shipping it back to them. Currently disputing the purchase with my CC company and i pray that they are able to resolve this.Review fromMatt J

1 starI bought my computer back in December of 2022, after about a year the computer started to have issues with blue screening a lot. I did my own troubleshooting and tried to do a full format and reinstall of windows. That was not helping, I contacted their support and ran through all the troubleshooting with them and they found nothing wrong but I was still having issues. I setup and RMA, and they sent me a box and some foam to put around the outside of the computer case to ship it back. I did so and now they are rejecting my warranty cause it was damaged in shipping back to them. The *** and motherboard, I was not told or sent anything from Build Redux to put inside the case for shipping it back to them. Never buying from them or any other computer builder again.Review fromRico D

1 starHands down the worst experience buying any type of product. I placed my order on the 15th of December with the website saying **** business days once the order is confirmed. I have contacted them 2 times since then and I keep being lied to about the ship date. They keep pushing it back each week with poor customer service they are clearly reading from a script. I should have done more research about this company being there are entire threads all over the internet about how bad this company truly is. DO NOT BUY anything from this company at all.Review fromChristen F

1 starWhat an AWFUL experience. Buyer BEWARE. I placed an order on the 28th of November. I was told it would ship the week before Christmas multiple times. It never did. I called and was told it was still being tested despite being reassured it would ship. It got to the point they stopped responding to my emails and my calls and avoided me. I ended up having to cancel the order, and dispute the charges with the loan company. I would NEVER suggest this place to anyone. Please be careful!!!!Review fromAlex W

1 starBuild redux's customer service and priority is actually one of the worst experiences I have ever had. Generally speaking when a part fails on a product that costs over $3400, you should definitely seek to rectify it entirely not ghost the customer for a week.*****************************
