    DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. I have had my pc for 5 months and the thing blue screens with a windows error. I send the thing back to be repaired and after a month of struggling with horrible customer service and wishy washy techs they send the pc back still broken with the same issue. Trying to get in contact with this company is a hassle and they clearly dont care about customer service or any kind of service at all. Whatever you do AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS.

    This is probably the worst product I've spent money on. They promise that it will take 1-2 weeks for the ** to ship. I waited 3 MONTHS for my **. 4 months later, while I was working on some projects, all of a sudden my ** shut down and started emitting a burning smell. I emailed them about it, stating very clearly that didn't know anything about computers. Instead of actually getting help from the experts they claimed worked there, they sent me a ******* TUTORIAL on how to fix my issue. I asked a friend to help me inspect my ** since they knew way more about this kind of stuff than I do. And to top it off, they misdiagnosed the problem anyway (they told me my PSU died when it was actually my motherboard that died). They finally told me to send it in for repairs. This grueling venture lasted 2 months. Eventually I get my ** back only to find out that my monitor won't connect to it. After troubleshooting out the easy fixes, I came to the conclusion that my GRAPHICS CARD WASN'T INSTALLED PROPERLY!TL;DR Build Redux likes to claim they're ** experts when in reality they are just as clueless, if not more, than I.

    Bought a pre built from redux took about 3and a half weeks to arrive (not too bad) upon arrive notice ram sticks didnt come already installed . Go to boot up and already going straight to recovery mode and error msgs on the bios. Told custom service about the issues. They sent me tutorials on how to reseat the gpu etc. nothing works bring it to a professional shop to them telling me that my brand new pc is over heating . After reading the multiple reviews here and on Reddit Ive decided to just let the professional ******** my pc for me and not go through the terrible hassle that is redux . If you are reading this and thinking about getting a pre build from redux DO NOT.

    Such a scam. I bought my son a new ** (his first) for Christmas '22. It was around ****. It has been continuous problems from literally day one. It constantly crashed every 30 minutes to an hour. We reached out and they had us send it in for repair. About a month and a half later they sent it back to us. They said it just needed some "software updates" and that that's what they did. We double checked and there were things that were out of date...that they never updated. Same issue kept happening. We ended up taking it to a ** store for repair and it turns out the fans were inadequate and the ** was overheating, plus the power supply is faulty. Build Redux sent us a crappy headset and stand for our troubles. Awesome (sarcasm). They told me if I took it to someone else it voids the warranty. So it was either live with a brick, send it to build redux for another several months and get it back still broken, or take it to professionals and have them fix it. This has been an absolutely horrible experience for us and my son is hating **s. Having a disappointed kid is the worst. This company is a bunch of scammers and should be shut down. I even left a review on the website and they refuse to post it. Which is probably why they only have 4 reviews.

    This company is an absolute joke. I bought their "best" gaming PC and it's been nothing but problems. I've only put one game on it and I can't even play it without this computer crashing, freezing or randomly restarting multiple times every hour. I contacted the company and even tho I bought the warrenty, they'll only give me manuals to rebuild it myself, or I have to pay to send it to them and go without my new computer until they send it back. The only thing worse than this company's products, is their customer service
