    Zero stars. Was sold a new vehicle with water damage to the cabinets, door rattling, blinds falling off, cabinet that wont open, heating system not working, leaking water lines and damage to the fiberglass running board. Salesman was also misleading on taxes owed. I would not recommend JohnsonRV in ******, **. They offered to fix the issues after many phone calls, email and texts. Still waiting on reimbursement for expenses. Nothing like buying a new vehicle and having to take it in for repairs shortly after being bought.

    This is a typical unscrupulous RV dealership, only Johnson RV is more unscrupulous than the rest. They don't post the prices of their products on their website or on any online advertisement they place. When you inquire via any email link as to the price, they respond without putting the price in writing (or simply do not respond). When you call to talk to a representative and ask the price, the rep will throw out a price, but you have no idea if the rep just pulled that price out of the air, or if that is the actual price set by someone in authority. Then, if you ask them to confirm the price in an email, they will not do it. This behavior is a violation of the California False Advertising Law. Why would anyone do business with a company that will not post their prices nor be transparent about their pricing (to the point where they will not put a price down in writing)?

When a price inquiry is received, a price is provided which is documented in our customer relationship management (CRM) tool. In researching your particular inquiry, you mentioned you had a disagreement with the prior owner of the RV in which we cannot get involved. You also referenced in an email we received from you on July 7th at 5:22 PM that during your interaction with your assigned Outfitter you were provided with a price.
