1 star4over shamelessly ruined our reputation.Some companies provide inferior services, others employ negligent and incompetent personnel, even worse yet, some companies deliberately lie and deceive those who foolishly put their trust in them. 4over is all of the above and much worse.*********************** and his crew ruined our reputation beyond repair by systematically botching our business card order with their lies, carelessness and incompetence. An understanding person could recognize that printing machines are machines and that sometimes they don't work as we need them to work, but what about FIXING such problems and most importantly, communicating in a timely fashion the situation to the client? ******'s crew repeatedly failed not only all possible communication options but most unfortunately, he failed to follow through with all the actions he stated in writing he was going to execute to fix our botched order. I feel singled out, betrayed and ashamed. I especially feel ashamed because THREE times I had to lie to my customer about the status of his order. *********************** assured me he had personally taken care of our delayed order, he kept offering refunds and free coupons for future orders, I said to him, "******, I don't want free or refunds, please focus your time and resources to EXPEDITE this order so i can save my reputation with this client". He assured me he personally had made the arrangements to ship our order next day express. One, two, three more days went by and our business cards never came.We finally called again to find out not only that no order had been reprocessed but that it wasn't going to be even attempted due to "the *********** branch being closed for the week". ****** wasn't even available himself, all one gets is an automated response stating he'll be gone the entire week". He just took off and left us hanging. 4over simply doesn't care about customer satisfaction, fixing their lack of professionalism or even threats of negative reviews.Review fromErica L

Worst company in printing. After their incompetence ruined my holiday marketing, they said my refund would be issued within 10 days. Im now in the 3rd month waiting. To call them is NEVER under an hour and a half wait on hold. Everyone Ive talked to has appeased me but not once followed through. Save yourself a nightmare and move on.4 Over, LLC

1 starOur company feels swindled by 4Over. I am deeply disappointed in the customer service and support I have NOT been receiving over several months. We pre-purchased print-jobs during one of their ******** and due to the system migration, our credits were not able to be transferred so were supposed to get a refund. The order was almost $900. They canceled only two of 8 jobs and we never saw the credit hit our card for the balance. I have been emailing between customer service and AR **** for several months and there has been no response. Called customer service and was told there is no process to escalate, and email is the ONLY way to resolve anything. I agree with some of the other reviews. Service seems to have taken a nosedive. Disappointing. We have used their services for years. Now, we are out of our window to dispute the charge with our bank. This is a major supplier integrity issue for us.Review fromMagan T

5 starsI work at a local *** store, and we use 4over a lot for a variety of different things. Recently I placed and order for a promo item that I had never ordered before. I created the artwork myself and sent it in. Soon after I got a discouraging email claiming my artwork was not formatted the appropriate way and they wouldn't be able to fulfill my order until it was fixed and resent in. I was unsure what exactly was wrong with my artwork, so I contacted them with my questions. I then received a phone call from a super nice gentleman by the name of ******* who helped me through the process to the best of his ability. I was almost at a loss and on the verge of just cancelling my order because I couldn't get my artwork to the correct format. ******* stuck through it with me and tried his best to help me through emails. I can't thank him enough for his time, patience and kindness. In the end I also learned something new and will be looking forward to placing my next order with 4over confidently.MaganReview fromChuck T

1 starI am absolutely blown away with what is happening at 4OVER right now. I too have been a client for 15+ years. The latest thing, in addition to spotty, subpar quality out of their ********** plant is that now they've updated their website, I cannot log into the old one and have been waiting over a week for someone in their web support department to send me a link to reset my password, because apparently my old one doesn't work anymore. I have been sitting for over a week with time sensitive orders that I can't place because of this. Absolutely ridiculous. I would change suppliers in a heartbeat but most of what I do is technically reorders, so want to ensure my client's next order resembles their last... I am almost done dealing with these guys all together. There is no excuse for them to launch a website that isn't accessible to their clientele - especially after I spoke with a customer service rep last week who asked me to be patient because they're having problems switching everyone over. If this is the case, then why take down the old site and leave us all hanging?????Review fromAdam W

1 starI'm not exaggerating when I say that 4over is literally the worst company I've ever dealt with period.Their products themselves aren't that bad, but the flawed production processes, deceitful turnaround times, and subsequent customer service dealings because of the latter mentioned issues do not warrant the semi-decent prices they charge for their semi-decent products.For the record, I placed an order worth $2,700 not counting shipping or taxes on July 24, 2023 (with their 2-4 day turnaround selected), and I've yet to receive it as of August 03, 2023. Getting ahold of an actual human there is akin to pulling teeth, and they are failing to give me an honest answer as to where my materials actually are or why it is so late. I've spent literal HOURS on-hold, both waiting for a representative to talk to me or with their online chat feature.So now I've got an extremely angry client waiting on their print materials, and the best 4over can do for me is offer a small credit towards a future purchase. And they STILL can't give me an accurate answer as to when I will receive my print order. Right now they're speculating that it will ship on August 08, 2023 TWO WEEKS AFTER I ORDERED IT. Not a whole lot of truth to that 2-4 day turnaround, huh 4over?And unfortunately this isn't the first time this has happened to me either, but I can officially say that I am finally done with them after this. It's not worth risking the happiness of my clients for their ineptitude.If you are considering 4over for your printing needs, I urge you to spend the slightly extra money and go somewhere else that treats their customers better. It will be much easier on you and your client's sanity in the long run. The fact that 4over doesn't allow user reviews on sites such as ****** or ******** is all you need to know, as it would look very similar to their rating through the BBB chock-full of horror stories from mistreated and lied-to customers.I only wish I could give zero stars.
