    Had a job that did not ship on the date published on the order on 4OVER's site. Tried multiple ways and times to get a resolution, NO SUCCESS. They just don't have the capability to handle any situation if the job falls outside the automated process!!! AND TO TOP IT ALL, THEY WILL NOT ANSWER, CALL BACK, RESPOND TO EMAIL EVER, and the **** IS NOT A HELP EITHER! I wish someone would post a better printer's referral in this chain so we can all benefit. SO LONG, 4OVER, IT IS SAD TO SEE IT GO DOWN THIS WAY AFTER READING ABOUT HOW IT ALL BEGAN YEARS AGO... And now the management does not care at all!

    Worst customer service ever. It takes hours to get someone on the phone and when you finally do they just send an email to someone asking for clarification. You will never hear back and nothing gets resolved. It's embarrassing when you try to explain to your customer why you dont have any answers as to where the product is or why it hasn't shipped yet. I am on day 4 of trying to get an answer to a project that was due a week ago. I have wasted a total of 12 hours between the last 4 days trying to get answers and all I get is we will get back to you. Nobody ever calls or emails. This is a horribly managed company. They could be so successful if they had the right people. This is a top down problem and it shows.

    They literally do not care. We contacted our regional manager who forwarded the email to their customer service team who then forward ** the email and her response. In the email chain, his direction to her was word for word "Did this ship yet? They are having a meltdown already."Note the times they state will ship are not accurate. Add 1-3 days to their stated turnaround, if you are lucky. Need support? Have questions. Need to speak with someone? How about a wait time of 126 minutes!!!! Many other good alternatives out there. Do your research and save your team hours of runaround and pounding headaches. Give your money to those who actually want it. 4over will cause lost customers. Ask me how I know.

    I have been a 4Over customer for over 14 years. In the past, the quality was always fairly good and customer service was slow, but they would get issues resolved. Now, it is nearly impossible to reach anyone. I have a banner stand which I ordered for overnight delivery. It was delivered 1.5 days late, had a defective stand, and had quality issues. I opened a trouble ticket on the website and I called an left my phone number in the customer service cue for a call back. I also held on the phone for over 80 minutes. At this point, I still have not heard from anyone. This will be the last time I order anything time critical from 4Over.

    The bindery department is horrible. If you have an item that needs bindery work, go somewhere else. The sheets get printed fairly quick and then sit in the bindery for a week. This has happened to me several times and it isn't getting any better.

    If I could give this business **** stars I would. Do not do business with this company. They lie to you about their group shipping, customer service is just pitiful, no solutions ever come about. Just PATHETIC!!!!!!!

    I was a previous 4 Over reseller and the program was not good. I finished the reseller contract with them, however, several months after my contract was finished and paid in full, they started taking unauthorized payments from my business account. I have tried repeatedly to get in touch with someone over the past two weeks and can't get a hold of anyone and they will not return my requests for callback. So they are fraudulently taking my money and there is no one to get a hold of to discuss and resolve the issue.

    I ordered **** business card and received 500 on Wed Feb, 22. Order "B,three,four,four,six,zero,nine,nine,zero,two,three ". I emailed Wed 22 and phoned and left my number Feb, 23. I have yet received support from customer service. I have had excellent service in the passed and have always received a quality job. I don't need apologies just the remainder of my customers order. I will followup with this review next Thursday to rate this company.

    Have worked with 4Over for 15 years. The past 2 years have proven that the company no longer cares about customer service, quality or it's reputation. We will never use this company for any future projects. Tried to cancel this last order after many problems with 4over, and having to refund customers money, only to be told that it cannot be canceled because it is already in production (which it cannot be, because according to them, it couldn't go to production because there was yet again an error on something we didn't even ask for). I went to our order page and our order says "in review", "processing", and "production". How can it say all three at the same time?! I call.... 30 minute hold then disconnected. Do the call back thing.... no call back. This is disgraceful and unacceptable! Terrible company!!

    TLDR: 4Over failed to deliver the product. My client is extremely frustrated and we will not use 4Over for future projects. Poor clarity on proofing instructions. Poor follow up on required actions from customers using the system. Poor ordering system. Highly un-intuitive and misleading. Order was never moved out of "On Hold" status despite other areas of the system saying "In Production." Whole Story: I placed an order for calendars with 4Over with over 2 weeks lead time for production. My files needed adjustments so a rep reached out to me directly via email with a link to upload new files. I uploaded the new files and approved everything. I checked the status of the order on their website and the status says "On Hold: Awaiting Approval" but when I clicked on the View link, the only CTA that appears is disabled and labeled as "In Production." To me, it seems like the production has already begun and that the "On Hold" status was a bug or waiting to be updated on their backend. Couple days after my order, I'd received a couple emails stating that my files need to be approved. These emails contained no further instructions nor links on how to approve the files - lacked clarity and guidance. I checked back on the website and my status was still "On Hold" but when I clicked View again, the "In Production" button was disabled. This created a lot of confusion - was the order On Hold or In Production? Their phone systems have been down for nearly 2 weeks and I have not been able to get a hold of anyone to resolve this so I had no choice but to chalk up the whole situation as a bug or glitch. The night before my client's event. They still haven't received the order and was concerned about not receiving it. I checked the website to find that nothing has changed, no support reached out to me, and now my client is left without his marketing materials. Absolutely terrible. There's more to this but I ran out of characters. Over a decade, I've spent $$$$$$ with them.

    4over contacted this customer directly on Dec 21 and spoke in great detail. His order was delivered the same day. We appreciate the opportunity to resolve this matter to the customer's satisfaction.
