The company has continued to send at least 12 advertisements to my mail box, since 2020, even when asked to cease and desist. I have called them each time I receive mail ads from them. I consider this harassment by mail. They are using old out of date data bases and are they are not fact checking if that person still lives there. The person they are sending these ads to moved out 13 years ago. They add or current resident below the addressee's name.Obviously, this company does don't care to take the effort to strike my address from their advertising , marketing and mailing lists. Please permanently remove my address from all of the data bases you use for the purpose of advertising. Please permanently stop mailing advertising to my address. Desired Outcome: No further contact by the business.

I received a flyer from California Recovery Group ********************** which stated that they are helping customers retrieve compensation from their home owners insurance company due to damages cause by the 2021 wildfires. I hired them and signed a contract. The contract is elementary, they get half of the proceeds that are recovered (minus the deductible which the policy has). In my case my insurance company settled on a said amount, then they subtracted the deductible and issued a check. The remainder of the sum was to be split amongst California Recovery Group and myself. California Recovery Group shorted me exactly half the sum of my deductible. Their explanation was that they have to take out the deductible (which was already taken out and retained by the insurance company). I initially assumed California Recovery Group made a mistake. However, after having to argue with a manager to explain to him simple math, and the manager agreeing to refund the amount I was shorted, but never doing it, I am convinced that they fraudulently removed the additional sum of my deductible. It's been 10 months and no check. Every time I call them, I can never speak to a manager and they never call back as they say they will.

My Insurance ******* settled on *********** but took out the deductible of ***** thus issued a check in the amount of ********* That check divided by two should pay both parties ********* I was paid by California Recovery Group only ********* I was shorted ****** On their summary sheet you can see how they take the total settlement amount and divide that by two, then they subtract the sum of the deductible (which they shouldn't because ******* already took that out). Thus, leaving them more money. THEY CHEAT PEOPLE LIKE THIS.

We have spoke to the client and rectified the problem. The client is satisfied and there was a miscommunication as to how the settlement would be dispersed.

I used California Recovery Group, *************** to help with a claim for smoke damage. We have a agreement that will get 50% of what they will recover for me. The 1st payment they took my deductible from my share ($1500.00). The deductible was not paid out to them from the insurance company. They put that amount in there pocket. I made many calls to them about it. When they agreed to pay it back to me, they only sent $750.00. I have called them on this to many times to only get the run around. They still not have finished my claim and have not sent me the rest of my money. I feel I need your help in matter.
