    I bought a dress, and when it's arrived the size *********************************************** no return only exchange so I told them to send me a size 10, they confirmed the size is available but I have to send back the dress on my cost also, I told them I need it before Tuesday 5/14/2024. however, I sent them the dress with the fastest delivery and they received it on Tuesday 5/7/2024 I contacted them on Thursday 5/9/2024 they confirmed they got the dress and did not send me the dress yet and they said it would be sent within one business date. now it is Monday 5/13/2024 they just sent me an email that they will ship it today not been received by *** yet and I'm trying to arrange something else for my Tuesday event because I won't get the dress on time it says I'll get it on Friday by 7pm. I have all the emails between us as proof. I don't recommend this business

    This customer requested a return which we stated that we do NOT take returns per our policy she than requested a size exchange which we did do, at the last moment she tried to cancel this size exchange to force a return on this. This was denied and her new size was shipped which you can track and see using link below.

    Her replacement dress is due out to be delivered by tomorrow. its the same tracking info she posted but she took a screen shot that the label was created and never shipped which is NOT accurate. *** picks up the packages and sometimes takes 24 hours for the tracking to update this is something we can NOT control. 

     

    We have done EXACTLY what she requested. This is an attempt to force a return. I strongly recommend her next time to read company policy before doing a business which that company.

    All online clothing companies allow you to return items if they do not fit or you do not like within ***** days. It makes no sense that they will not allow me to return these two prom dresses I bought for my daughter to try on for a May prom. How are you supposed to know if they fit when you have to order to try on??? I want to return these two dresses so we can find one that fits well. One of the dresses has pointy b****** and it looks terrible on. They are telling me I can only get a different size. how is that supposed to help? The size is right but the dress is wrong. If i try to buy another dress to try, what if that one doesn't fit? This is the most unexpected and absurd policy. I need to return these however possible.*****

    Our Return Policy is clearly stated on every single product page which must also be accepted before a purchase is made. You made the purchase and now are forcing a return with this false and dispute comment you have done on BBB. You have also now stated you will remove this.

    I bought a $1,500 dress from this company *************************. In the picrures it looks coral, but the description states it is pink. The dress arrived today and it is lilac. Indisputably lilac. I can't use it.
    Now, their return policy states that there will be no returns, and offer the option of credit in cases of wrong size, when the correct size is not available. That's understandable, if we depart from the premise that the dress people pay for us the dress they will receive. I bought a pink dress, not a lilac one. I contacted them and their cold, one liner was "we are sorry, we don't accept returns" and referred me to the rerurn policy, which says nothing about dresses that are not what you paid for. If a company wants to keep a reputable name, they should emphatize with the customer in cases luke these. This is not a frivolous sutuation! $1;500 are something worth at least an option; an alternative, because, again, that is not the dress I bought. I request rhe company to allow me to get a credit so They can get their untouched dress back and I can get something semi decent *******************************

    I wish to retire this complain. The owner went out of her own policues to find a solution to this problem. She did it very gracefully and willing to help. I wish to remove any remark about this case.

    I purchased a dress on 5/4/22 from MyDressLine.com for $565.23. The dress was supposed to ship within 5-7 days. On 5/7/22, I realized that the vendor did not have the dress in stock and asked them to cancel the order. They said that they would overnight it to me on either 5/9 or 5/10 and I would have the dress 5/10 or 5/11. They knew that I needed the dress by 5/11.

    The dress did not arrive in time and my daughter had to make other arrangements for her dress. I emailed the vendor AGAIN on 5/14 to cancel the order and they did not reply but mailed the dress out on 5/16.

    I was told that I can not return the dress to them bc i did not purchase the 'return insurance' from them. If I knew that they were not going to do what they promised, I would have purchased the insurance, but I thought they were a respectable business that would do what they said.

    I disputed the charge w my cc company and was told that bc I have not returned the dress, they can't assist me. I am happy to return the dress. It has not been worn and still has the tags on it. If the vendor will accept my return and credit me the amount I paid, I would like to do so.

    In all of my dealings with the business, they have been hostile and aggressive. This is a problem that they caused and they should take responsibility and fix it.
