    Rated 1 out of 5 stars If I could do zero stars If I could do zero stars, I would, I will make sure that every TikTok influencer I know spreads the word about what a horrible company this is. It took me every ***** that I saved up to buy a dress for my daughters wedding that did not fit me right and did not look good and she refuses to let me return the dress!!! $503! Im struggling financially as it is! What dresscompany out there does not let you return a dress if it does not fit and one time exchange only so that means if you get another dress and it doesnt fit your screwed out of the money! Stay far away from this company I will make sure it is all over the Internet!!

    If I could give no stars I would. I ordered a dress overnight, paid 81.00$ for overnight shipping. 4 days later the dress still has not shipped. I have contacted customer service twice with only one reply, Telling me it would ship on the second day. I would not order from this company again. I hope someone else can see this so they dont make the same mistake.

    If you read you will see CLEARLY stated that WE SHIP WITHIN 1-3 business days and once shipped we use whatever shipping method selected and paid for! Your order was shipped within 2 business days and within the time frame given to you before you placed your order. Would you like me to share a screen shot on when you selected your dress with color and size how it is stated!?!

    I think its a horrible place to order from ! They would not exchange for anything else and the size I ordered was too big even though I measured to get it as Im investing in a $600 dress ! I asked for store credit to get something else but they refused though the money is theirs anyways ! I Do NOT recommend this place to anyone , be careful and choose a place that appreciate their customers and help with store credit at least !

    MyDressLine,The item came in and was too large despite verifying size chart.I was given instructions how to make return and I followed them to the exact companys request. I even took the time to send a photograph of the label and tracking information. I requested that someone email to verify receipt and at some point to send me new tracking information. The customer service contact person does not allow costumer to speak and simply speaks over when I was trying to explain. She was unprofessional and quite short. They have a product which I purchased and if I have payed for it as a costumer then I should have updates of the new shipment. This is just basic good customer service one-o-one.Nonetheless, she was impolite and did not give me any confidence as a customer to want to come back in the future to make any other purchases.

    This dress is horrible! I opened the box and my house was covered with glitter. I was shocked at the quality, and then shocked at the return policy.I am not even able to exchange for a different dress? Really?I would never wear this dress, as I would leave a trail of glitter everywhere.I did not even get the right color. I ordered Rose gold, and received blue.Don't buy, total scammers, poor quality.Save your money for a reputable company that cares about the satisfaction of their ***************** learned....

    I bought a long party dress and they sent me a fake dress, the dress I ordered was Jovani brand, it is not what they sent me, the fabric is very poor, the seams and finishes are very bad, the color of the fabric is not the same, Don't buy, they are scammers.

    Amazing experience with mydressline!I am shocked by the poor reviews. It is industry standard to my knowledge (and Im not in the industry) that formal dresses typically are final sale under any circumstance - most places dont even allow store credit or exchange for any reason. My advice to anyone reading the bad reviews about sizing is to look up the designer specific size chart & go off of that if available. All of mydresslines policies are really clear on their website; I really appreciated their transparency.From the start I had shipping questions. I reached out to the via *************** were kind & quickly responsive. Being an anxious person, I wanted to make sure they had my dress in stock because I had not found it anywhere else in my size. They were again very kind, even though the answer to my question was available plainly on their website. My dress was shipped on time & received in perfect condition. It is beautiful & I cannot wait to wear it. So thankful for mydressline - their customer service, shipping practices, and selection are unmatched. Im in the market for a new formal dress about once a year & so are several people I know - I will be a return customer & be recommending ********************** to ***************** who will listen! ??

    Very unhappy with the quality of the dress as the zipper broke. Contacted customer support who would do NOTHING in the way of helping us with the product. Quality is well below average and customer support is below that.

    I ordered 2 sizes of a gown from them. I was made aware that only 1 size was available. It was huge on me. I then assumed since the smaller size was unavailable that I would receive a store credit. Instead then they happened to find the smaller size and sent it to me. I couldn't zip it!!! And I had tried that size on in a store and it fit perfectly. They now say I'm stuck with this $700 dress! Size 6 huge and size 4 I couldn't zip. This is not a good business model at all! I have asked repeatedly for a store credit.
