  This people are thieves. Sent two camcorders in 11 months ago. Paid $450 to have them fixed. After several months I had heard nothing. Was able to get in touch. They sent one camera back but still has the other. They will not answer my emails or phone calls. After reading the other complaints here I have very little confidence that I will ever see my camera or my money again. Not sure what else I can do except file a lawsuit which also costs money. As many victims as there are we could probably file a class action.

  I think I was scammed. I inquired about repairing my **** RX100 M7 camera. They had me send in my camera for them to give me an estimate in January 2024.They reviewed the camera and sent an invoice. They asked to be paid using PayPal. I sent them almost $700.Shortly there after they stated one of the three circuit card to be replaced was on back order.In May I reached a person in their shop and was told the circuit card had been received and the camera was going into their shop and should be sent out in a few days.Since May I had called and emailed them with only one response left on my phone in July stating my camera would be repaired and returned in a few days.So since January I feel they has stolen my camera and my money. Today is October 11, 2023.I think they should be shut down so they can no longer scam people.Living in Mass I have little recourse at this point.

  Absolutely the worst place Ive ever done business with. I sent my **** camera to them for repair. They charged me $262. When they returned it I happened to be out of country on a film project. My wife put the box on the shelf unopened until I got back. When I returned and tried to use it, it didnt work even the first time.I called them up and they said sorry the warranties up.I explained them that I had just opened the box and havent used it at all.it was still in the box just been sitting there on the shelf in my house.They said for me to send it back and they would see what they could do. After a few days they said they could fix it for another $176. I told them they hadn't fixed it in the first place, so why were they charging me again? They said because the warranty was up. I said if I hadnt open the box, how could anything have happened to it? They wouldnt listen and said either pay the price or will ship it back to you as is. I refuse to pay me more money for something that they hadnt fixed to begin with and now Im stuck with a broken camera and out $276 Be warned!!!!These people, are unscrupulous and care not at all for your camera, or fixing it. They're just in for the money, and if you read the rest of the reviews, you'll find that most people were experiencing the same issues with these people. They should not be in business.

  They have literally stole my camera. And I set my camera in to be fixed. They fixed it and sent it back it worked for literally 10 pictures so I sent it back. They have told me three different times that it was being fixed tomorrow and then mailed out. Now they will not return my phone calls or my emails. I have left 10 voice messages and nobody will call me back. They literally stole my $1200 camera. I am currently working with the detective try and find out what I can do. Worst company in the world.
