1 starPISSED!!! I do so much for this company and they cant even help me import data. Don't acquire any businesses cause service titan cant handle acquisitions !! taken them 4 months and still dont have any data imput and i cant do it only they can!!Review fromKathy H

1 starIf I could give less than a 1 star, I would. Many promises and no fulfillment. We are a small company that works solely off cell phones. I use my dual line cell phone because Im out of the office and have a father with cancer I take care of. We had a 2 hour demo who knew we were coming from simple HouseCall Pro. The salesman was told Im out of the office a lot. A good time to have 2nd and 3rd level questions to make sure we know how calls are answered. It was not made clear you have to answer the calls through the desktop to get all the reporting and recordings that we liked until the phone porting call after we signed our contract. Our dual cell phone situation was explained to her and I had to get another phone line to get calls for my main line. After giving them the new number, my phone gets ported and I cant get business calls. No one followed up with me to make sure its working properly before they shut my business down. It didnt work as advised. I had to get T-Mobile to port my number back the next day. They suggested I get a 2nd phone to carry around or not use the call reporting/recording. The salesman said hed buy me another phone, give me a few free months, or I can pay a lot to cancel, but hes sorry I cant make it work. It was forwarded to ****** for resolution. Its been 2 months that ****** has been emailing me weekly that they need more time to investigate, discuss with billing, and get back to me. They feel it completely works fine with cell phones, all points were covered, and this is my misunderstanding. They will graciously cut my 2 year contract to 1 year and I can pay $9800 to get out. We have never went live, training started in May, and no where close to using it. They kept pushing to go live, move to next training, and everything would work. This company should be ashamed and this program is not for everyone. This is Service Titans way - Big promises of hands on service. Cell phone users without landline beware!Review fromMichael J

1 starAfter reading the previous reviews, it is obvious that Service Titan has long track record of truly awful service. Our company is still being invoiced $3600 per month for nothing. The onboarding process was never completed; the data migration that we paid $6000 was never completed; and we were forced to double every entry in order to maintain our business for two months until we finally gave up. We probably dealt with a dozen different employees who could never stay on task long enough to get anything done. They have refused to refund any of the money that was paid and are still trying to charge us until we are "released". We will probably have a legal battle in order to get rid of them. 1 starWe were promised a slew of things in sales call. Onboarding process was a disaster. We left onboarding unprepared. Got tossed around from CSM to another. Not one single function of the platform works up to standard as sold to us. I have complained from the very beginning. Been talking cancellation since 3 months in and its been 1 yr. List of things that do not work: Call recording as promised, batching/exporting, reporting, pricebook, purchase orders, tech app and more. But basically the entire platform is inoperable for us. Support does not follow through to resolve issues. Staff is rude and they truly do not care. This is literally the worst company I have ever done business with. For an entire year of having this software, NEVER ONCE has it made our business run more efficiently. It has in fact slowed things down significantly and we have lost jobs because certain features do not work (greensky integration). I could keep going on. Please save yourself from dealing with this company. They truly do not care about their customers, at all. It's only about getting you on the hook to keep your money. We pay about 1k a month for a software that LITERALLY doesn't work. Prior to Service Titan our accounting/reporting and books were clean and now.. it's a total nightmare. The staff is not trained to help resolve the issues, their tactic is to toss you around from person to person so you eventually give up and then blame you for not following through. I will continue to warn every single person I can possibly warn about how much of a scam this company is. They have just completely ripped us off, and shown zero mercy. 1 starIf I could give less than one star I would, we worked with there team for over a year to work out a problem with there program not adding sales tax like we needed it to. So after 18 months I blocked the draft from my checking account and got turned over to collections. How can I be expected to pay for a service that doesnt that they said would work for my company but doesnt, they have the worst customer service I have ever seen in 30 years of being in Business. 1 starThey should be ashamed of themselves.They withdrew money out of our account for two months for a service they didn't activate. I'm still trying to have the issue resolved.In addition, the onboarding is not company specific or personalized. Be prepared to *********** the training database'.Once the sale was made, we never heard from our salesmen again asking how the process was going.Please do your research before purchasing this product. 1 starServiceTitan was very accommodating with the onboarding process. It was not 1-on-1 like we had expected, instead, mostly group Zoom meetings, and some were just pre-recorded videos. They say they did this to make them more accommodating to everyone's individual schedule, but it felt more like we were getting served microwave dinners & being told its gourmet. THAT BEING SAID, we came across a non-negotiable factor that makes this software not compatible with the way we do business (it can only communicate one-way to QuickBooks) & had to cancel the contract before the "Go-Live" week ended. They have been avoiding us completely now, and after 2 weeks they finally get back to us saying they want $17k to buy out our contract.I do not agree with them shaking us down to back out of contract after it was falsely advertised: "ServiceTitan's comprehensive platform works seamlessly with QuickBooks and empowers home service businesses to sync daily transactions in real-time, eliminating hours of tedious bookkeeping." This is NOT TRUE for us. Our current software communicates both ways with QB, meaning switching to ST would be a downgrade.I believe the ServiceTitan team is on to something good, but they MUST UNDERSTAND, it is not a one-size-fits-all scenario, and holding customers to a contract for a product that is not built to accommodate their business model and is falsely advertised as to the way it integrates with QB, is unacceptable. I would be willing to settle for a reasonable amount based on the time their team spent but $17k to hop on a few Zoom meetings to "try some shoes on" is unreasonable.Review fromTim R

Service titan has done that same thing to us as many others on here. They went through all the onboarding process calls and were "building" something to cater to our very specific needs. They never did this. The team got us to "go live" by providing logins and never fulfilled accommodating our process. When we complained we were told they would get us set up. We had to hire a developer on our own end and were not able to utilize the software as they promised via all the sales calls. I spoke with a regional manager who said he would square it away and nothing ever happened. They just kept billing us for services and said "legal would ping us" which never happened. We requested a refund for the full amount given we were deceived by their sales team who said they could absolutely cater to our sale process. The regional manager said he would review all the phone calls and get back with us. That also never happened. No we are receiving collections notices after having to block them from billing our credit card. Horrible business practices and there needs to be a class action law suit.ServiceTitan, Inc.

The only reason Im using this service is because they have a lot to offer their customer service explanations and set up is the worst thing that Ive ever went through every time we talk to somebody they just know just enough to transfer us to another person where we have to wait a week to talk to them Then they take three weeks to explain one simple thing and try to upsell us every step of the way and once we get upset on the third and final meeting, they show us a simple way to set up what we wanted to set Up in the first place, I get it their business and they gotta make money but *********************** weve been with the program a month and a half, and we have nothing set up because every time we need something we have to schedule a meeting which is a week out and then it takes three weeks to Explain it Im furious to say the least I wish there was a way to just put on my account. I do not want to be up 15 times before I set up the program and we could Get to set upServiceTitan, Inc.
