      Always helpful and knowledgeable. No issues at all.I had a great experience with Solar Optimum. From the start, they were professional and friendly. They gave me a written estimate and it was accurate. They were very helpful throughout the entire process. They handled all the details and I had minimum to do. Installation was great, support was outstanding. Always answered my questions in a very timely manner. The only snag we ran into was the county here. But Solar Optimum got it taken care of. Definitely a great company to work with. I'm glad I chose them for my solar system. I received great products.

      We had the best experience with **** and Solar Optimum! We had previously talked to several other well known solar companies and were disappointed in the pushy sales tactics and unclear information. After a referral to **** we were delighted to find no hard sales tactics. **** was open and transparent on all the costs and the overall process. Everything went very smooth through the process and we had our solar installed and operational within 90 days of signing our initial contract.

      Professional, responsive and respectful!The system was professionally designed and installed. Worked very well without any problem. The professionally also managed the whole project and process very well, including collaborating with PG&E to solve all problems. I'm happy with their professionalism and price.

      Solar Optimum was wonderful, when I signed the contract with them. I was told that the job will take 2-3 weeks, and it took the 9 days. everyday a supervisor show up to check the progress. the day after the job was finish a cleaning crew showed up to clean around the house.Overall I'm happy with customer service and the work.

      Great Company! Solar Optimum made the whole experience very easy. They kept in constant contact to let me know where we were at each step of the process.
