      I have a unit I have items stored in while I moved and established my children and I in Florida. I was a payment late and they began to threaten with auction notices. I made arrangements with the manager, made good on the arrangements, only to continue to receive threats of my items being towed. Completely out of my ability to go back almost 4000 miles over a month past due when they raise the rate continually on the unit. I'm extremely frustrated over poor communication and information for the customer!
