I was promised for a marketing to come to my house and show examples for window siding and bathroom update but I have been rescheduled 6 times and each time they will keep calling to try to sell me new siding or they can't find the info when I have already been scheduled to see a marketing sales person

I read alot of reviews all over the internet on K-Designers that were negative, i decided people leave reviews when they are unhappy and to give them a shot. After 3 months and 2 missed appointments to bid the job they have canceled again. DO NOT use them, they will push you off and leave you waiting.THere are many other companies that do this work that wont just cancel but as there *********************** *** said "we have been in business for 47 years no one will believe we dont show up". He may be right but if i can save one person the headache and waiting my elderly mother and i have waited to get her new shower with a place to sit in i will be happy. Many other "one day" installers offering deals.K-Designers

This area is typically out of our range; however we had anticipated having another appointment in the area when we scheduled with the customer. Unfortunately, we were unable to run the appointment, so we called the customer to inform him and to apologize for the inconvenience. Last December, I decided to remodel the main bathroom with K-designers. I had a great experience with them, even though I was hesitant to hire a contractor without a local office.*** is the Marketing Director. He is very professional and knowledgeable, and he helped me to customize the perfect shower. Also, **** ****, was the remodeling technician. He was very detail oriented on his job. Should I remodel the other bathroom, I would like him to be the person to do it.Also, ****, made sure that the all the permits from the city were ready on time. She has a pleasant disposition to assist me with any question or concerns I had during the project.I will definitely recommend K-designers for your home remodeling projects.K-Designers

K-Designers did our shower in Oct. 2024. I have placed a complaint in Dec. 2024 that the shower door leaks. No one returns my phone calls. Every time I got a hold of a person, the person said they will have someone call me back. No one did. I have been trying for someone to repair the door for 4 months, it is still not fix. I have spoken and texted the manager, sent video, no response.I have warned them that I will place a complaint and yelp review if I don't hear from them soon.He did not care. Lifetime warranty is probably not true because they won't even fix a simple repair. Please do not spend your money on this company because it is not worth the stress and you will regret it.K-Designers

My elderly mother purchased siding, trim in 2017, with an understanding of lifetime coverage of the siding they were installing. Less than a year later the siding was sagging in several places, so several calls were made to K Designers. They wanted to charge my mother to have it looked and again charge her to have it fixed! So again, calls were made in 2022 about lifting, sagging and bad siding all the way around! Each time the customer service was horrible and condescending, progressively worse! Reached out again last week about the sagging, lifting and poor quality of the siding and again horrible customer service, the lady explained to me there lifetime warranty was only good for a year after the install! Would not recommend them to anyone ever!!!!K-Designers

Customer contacted **************** on Monday, March 10, 2025 and we called them that same day and left a voice message. We called again yesterday, March 12 and spoke to both the son-in-law and the daughter, Maya. **** **** up on the call while we were trying to explain the warranty coverage. We called back and left two voice messages at two different phone numbers, and then sent an email. The **************** warranty is a manufacturer warranty that covers defects in the product, and the K-Designers warranty was a 1-Year Standard Labor and workmanship warranty which expired on 4/22/2018. K-Designers is not the manufacturer of the product. The customer first called with an issue on 4/24/2019, at which point she was out of warranty for labor; however, the fees were first reduced especially for her, and then waived altogether for that service ticket. The repairs were made, no fees were charged, and the customer signed off on the final repair results. The customer has not contacted ********************** since 2019 (6 years). The customer was not happy that there would be service charges for labor which they were more than 6 years out of warranty from the last service, and 8 years since the original installation. They were also not happy that there would be a material charge, since this is not a manufacturer defect in the product. In our email to them yesterday, we again sent them written copies of both warranties so that they could review their coverage, and we asked them to send photos. They have not sent photos as requested, and when we finally spoke with the son-in-law again, he declined the service due to the fees.Review fromPaul E P
