  Terrible, do not recommend at all!!! Had appt set for 9/11/23--they no show/no called. Left work early to be at appt and they pull this. 2nd appt set for 9/14/23--they called husband-who told them to call me since he was at work in another town and I was home waiting for them. No one called me, I sat her till 5 pm again and they didn't let me know they weren't coming. I called to speak to a Manager/Owner, the gentleman who answered the phone wouldn't put me through to them, he put me through to scheduling. So I chewed **** to the same kid I spoke to the 1st time they didn't show up. He PROMISED--(not) that a manager would call me within the next 30 minutes, it's now 9/19/23--I'm still waiting for that phone call. Never, ever will I give them the time or day to come into my home and do anything. Oh yeah for the inconvenience, they were sending me a restuartants.com gift card; guess what, don't have that either. Lie after lie and customer service is an F. Stay away from this company. Would not trust them at all.

  SCAM! These people took thousands from my elderly mother caused a major leak in her home. They cut a massive hole in her brand new vanity which they installed without painting the wall where the old vanity was. They installed the light fixture upside down and not centered above the mirror. They installed the new towel rack without sleeves for the screws so it fell down a week after installation causing a large hole in the dry wall......not one of these issues has been addressed and my mother is being brushed off or phone calls are not returned!

  My husband and I put our name down on their list at a home show! We decided that we didn't want to use them. For over a month now I have told them to delete me off their list and I am not interested at all!! They replied we can't do that but will put you on the do not call list. What a joke, they continue to call!! Do not put your name on their list they will continue to call and harass you even when they say they wont!! This company is so pushy and won't take no for an answer!!! WILL NEVER USE THIS COMPANY!!

  Based u0on an ad, i called this company re: windows. I decided not to use them. Yet, the company has been calling me at least 2-3 times per day. I have asked them to stop calling, but it didn't work. I did block their number and they continue to try calling daily.I simply called to inquire based on an advertisement.The woman I spoke with suggested that I have someone else to talk to her, because I could not choose a date. I am disabled and retired. She inferred that someone else should "make decisions for me".I've been doing fine for decades, own my home and told her she was out of line. In fact, I was livid at her ****************** used polite but strong language!Told her that I make my own decisions and do not want to be contacted. Still get calls, but their 2 numbers are "blocked".I wouldn't buy from a business in which pressure and endless calls are their manner of doing business. The comments were also insulting & discriminatory.

  WATCH OUT HOMEOWNERS!!! DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH K-DESIGNERS!!! They do not deliver what they promise !!!K-Designers did not give me the promised premium products in shower materials in the signed contract but rather the cheapest things that could have been bought at a box store for less than half the cost. I feel cheated and taken advantage of and think K-Designers took advantage of me being a senior citizen. Paying $17,000 for ONLY a SHOWER installed (not a full bathroom remodel) is unacceptable. This doesnt take into consideration the in-house financing which takes that amount up to $24,000. Which is way too much for a shower install. Again, taken advantage of..As soon as the shower was in place, I called the ** ***************************** and ***************************** several times with my happiness of the CHEAP materials installed in the shower. These were over 15 calls to get this resolved as I am not happy. I asked for receipts as K-Designers said they installed premium materials and was told there is no itemized list or breakdown of the costs. I am now having to take them to small claims court as they have not delivered on the contract as promised.

  No stars given.......but they made me give one to post this. I have had work done by K Designers twice and have consistently had issues with both jobs when it comes to workmanship and materials. They have sent multiple people out to look at the problems but have yet to fix anything correctly. Seems the money is the only reason they exist because customer satisfaction is only a phrase not a commitment. if you have an unused money stash that you can't find anywhere to throw away, this is your perfect place to make it disappear. Providing you want to spend endless hours on the phone, answering emails, taking pictures, questioning their employees at home shows, the list goes on. they have a large turn over in management as well as workers. the talk the talk, but do not walk the walk. my doors don't fit, my siding is falling off my house, they don't care.

  If you are thinking of using this company, RUN!! Do not sign anything. We live in **, and the manager in ***, **. If he's not lying to you, he's making excuses.In a nut shell we were lied to about EVERYTHING. We couldn't get what we wanted. So we settled on some other siding. We were told we would be called to set up a time to install. LIE! One morning, in the dead of winter with 6" of snow, two men showed up. All they could really say in English was "we here. We do siding". My husband was working ****** and could no longer sleep during the day. They did offer to pay for a hotel. We paid and waited over a month for reimbursement. No one warned us about the damage that would be done inside the house. Items fell off the wall and shelves and broke. I complained about this and got "sorry".These men were at our house for 3 days. It wasn't until the spring thaw we found their garbage. Then that summer, K-DESIGNERS "superior siding" started to droop, buckle and fall. The installers used the wrong nails and caulking. K-DESIGNERS manager in *** promised he would send someone to examine the job. He promised to call and set up a time. One day a guy showed up unannounced. I had to leave work to go over EVERYTHING I had already told the manager. I sent pictures too! Now I have someone asking me the same thing. He agreed, it needed to be completely redone. He would tell **** (manager in ***) to call me and set it up. This was August 2021.Now it's summer of ************************************** to complain. I explain all the problems and all the lies. I am told a ticket was never issued about the problem. Not surprised. About 3 weeks later **** calls. Agrees to ***************. We pick the same colors we initially wanted. No call. No surprise.I call customer service AGAIN. Go through EVERYTHING AGAIN. Wait 3 weeks and **** calls to tell me it's on back order. Another month, still no news. I am demanding a full refund or my entire house to be done, no charge. Will update.

  K-Designers is the worst home improvement experience i have encountered my whole Life.They promises the world deliver nothing. Hard to get a hold of deferent employees every time. Wrong materials wrong windows cheep window at a extremely high percentage mark-up. I went to the top of the line windows from the first time they where here to worst line of windows at the present time. They have not delivered anything that was shown at time of the sale. They have not finished the project and everything they have put in is falling apart. I would not recommend them to fix a flat on a wheel barrel little on be on my property. They come up with the lamest excuses for reasons there product dose not work or why it does not work properly. Not one window setting looks the same. The spring are coming loose and falling out. Screens are of all different sizes some loose some to tight never got the right window tint from the 1st order and this is been going on 4 years next month. Still have not finished 2 large window in the front. The contract reads 1 year warranty after completion which they have not done yet. We had 16 windows done 13 was the same size but out of the 13 windows 3 different windows sizes going on. It looks like a 1st grade class did the work. The contractors where late slowing up and always leaving with out finishing. Each time it was a different contractor saying the same thing ( that is why we are here they got rid of the others). Not just the contractors it was the whole office. So every time we have called had to start with a whole ordeal over and over and over. This is highway robbery with out a gun. They have done more damage than good it was going to be a upgrade to the house hold and turn out to devaluate the property as much or even more than the cost of the project which was around 18,000.00$$$. Customers please be careful and aware do not use this bunch for anything at all. It has been a night mare from the 1st day.

  We had windows done July 2021, loved them a lot. Our big living room window was a special order, they put it in 1 day, with 6 other windows. Was nice not yo have any frost on the window. Kept house a lot warmer as well.We loved the windows so much I called them to have them come today July 2022, to add 3 more windows to the house project. The double hung are great, fold in for cleaning! My big slider window in kitchen love it! Easy clean, etc. The install crew was fantastic very professional! Love this company,. They work with every budget!
