      I signed up for a $1 free trial. I talked to someone and requested to cancel a couple HOURS later. I am not billed for. A month and no one will take my call to fix it!

      This company has my social security information without doing business with me. In addition to stealing my personal information they then lost/sold my info on the black web.

      They make you think you can do a free public records check, collect your email, THEN tell you there are no free public records check, and ask for your CC information. So even if you decline to pay for a report, they still have collected your email address which they will then SPAM you and/or sell it to other SPAMMERS. This is deceptive marketing, there needs to be heavy repercussions for this type of deception in advertising.

      its funny the people saying they randomly charge their cards for $29 its not random thats why reading is so fundamental because if you read the email you get when you use the service and get charged the $1 it says if you do not cancel within 7 days your card will be charged $29.96. If people actually read the fine print majority of these reviews wouldnt be here so take that for what you will.

      This company somehow obtained my credit card information and I was charged $29.95 out of the blue. Criminal! I shouldn't have to give any stars to this corrupt organization.

      100% false information were on my records from PUBLIC RECORDS DATA with shocking information such as 7 criminal history including arrest I am law abiding citizen with clean records I didn't know until today that the dental of job denial of credit and even my bank is treating me suspiciously I was wondering why. I suffered for good 5=7 years due to this hence crime committed by PUBLIC DATA RECORD LLC I AM SEEKING JUSTICE AND FINANCIAL DAMAGE MENASSE L GEBREMARIAM

      As I received a fraud alert from my back about an online charge of 28.95 I answered yes unauthorized charge. Come to find out it was this property record check website I used a couple days prior for research. Then with out my knowledge want to charge a monthly subscription fee. I hope enough of the people that were switch bait and hooked report this as fraud so the BBB WILL GIVE THEM the proper bad rating they deserve. Now I have to go through customer service to cancel a service I never signed up for and get refund

      This company is running a scam. You pay $1 when getting your home report online. Then after few days they charge your credit card for $28.95 without your knowledge. It is wrong.
