    Ordered a map online on April 27th - Order # 43963 and paid $62.44 with AmEx On May 10th I emailed their customer service , asking for a shipping update. On May 11th I received an email stating delays due to "illness" and an assurance that my order would ship "next week". On June 23rd I sent another email demanding immediate shipping or full refund. I have not received a reply.

    I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID 17513159, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me, assuming that they actually ship the product to me this week, as promised.

    Purchased a map on Maps.com and was told i would receive the map in 7 days. It has been 34 days. I have contacted the company on June 14th and they told me their employees were sick but i would receive in the following week. It still has not shipped and after reviewing all the complaints on the web and BBS, i see that they use these lies to get you to forget about it. They never ship out the products. This is a scam and i got hit with it. i would like to get my money back since getting the product is not going to happen.

    At the 2 June 2022 I ordered a map and a book. Order number: MAPS-4***8 These two items were supposed to be delivered with tracking number 10 days after purchase. I only received one item (the chipset of the items). Sending emails to Maps.com doesn’t solve the issue or provide me any details regarding when I will get the book. I requested a refund, however without an answer. Thank you!
