    Got scammed by this company. Ordered a wall map and it never arrived. Called the phone number and it is constantly busy and there is no answer to emails. Looking for another company that is reputable for delivering wall maps. Denise B

    Wish I had done some more research on this company and site prior to placing an order. Placed our order to be shipped US priority mail and have yet to received shipping information, tracking, or any response from them via email. When you call their customer service number you only get a busy tone signal.

    I ordered 2 maps from this company that didn't show up. After a month, I sent them an email and received no response. After 2 months I left another email and called every number on their website. No response to my email and ALL of their numbers had a busy signal. I then disputed the charge with American Express and they ('they' meaning American Express) credited my account back. Mapszu.com is a scam. DO NOT BUY.

    I ordered a map from this company. I receive and email saying they had sent it via USPS. I then received an email saying it was delivered. It had not been delivered. I checked the USPS tracking #. USPS said they had delivered it to an address in Atlanta, Georgia. I live in Helena, Montana. I emailed Maps.com to straighten out the issue - no response. I called their phone # and no one answered so I left a message to please call me (as they instructed on their voicemail). I did not receive a call nor an email response. I called twice more over the following several days and no one answered - just voicemail. I have not received my order and Maps.com has not replied to any of my queries. Beware. This company is incompetent at best, a scammer at worst. Tony J

    Their website says print on demand orders will take a week to 10 days to be ready for shipping. It ended up taking them 3 months instead. I tried following up through email and phone calls multiple times, but did not receive any responses until right before the map shipped. I tried to cancel the order since I got a map from another vendor after waiting two months, but there was no way to do so since they never responded to any of my emails. This company simply sucks.

    If I could give them a 0 I would. Map was ordered on 5/22/23 and I got confirmation that map was delivered. Called that same day to advise that map was not received. I was not able to speak to anyone as only VM is available. Left several voice mails and several emails to their customer service email with not one response/update. Today is 6/29 and still no map. Will dispute this with my cc company.

    SCAM alert! Placed an order in April and the item was never shipped according to tracking. I have contacted them multiple times with no response. I have now requested a refund from PayPal.

    I placed an order 2/28/23. My card was charged and I have received nothing. I had one call answered and was told there is some illness in the company and they are slow getting orders out. I have not been able to contact anyone again. No calls or emails answered. I would give no stars if I could.

    They will not answer me back. An email that they are having trouble would be acceptable. I have no choice but to call my credit card company and reverse the charge before it’s too late to get my money back.

    Placed order January 4, 2023. Have emailed customer support 3 times with no reply. Have called and left message 3 times with no reply. As of February 2, 2023 order is still 'unfulfilled'. Only left one star review because no option of a NO star review. Interesting that my credit card was attempted to be used at a coffee shop (in California) one hour after placing order. I don't live in California. and did not buy coffee that morning.
