    We are the owners of a small Frozen Yogurt shop in a small town of Quincy. We purchased cups and spoons from My Yogurt Supplied on 9/01/22. A few days later we received our cups but not our spoons. Each box was about 50 dollars which for a small busy that is limited on their funds is a lot. I have called on multiple occasions and left a voice mail. Have not heard back from them or received my spoons. Would greatly appreciate any help we could get.

    We placed an order on 7/25 and have not received our order or an update to our many inquiries.
    We continually reach out without response.

    Ordered 2 boxes of 4 oz cow cups (order #*****) on July 13, 2022. Still have not received the product. UPS tracking number was sent but only a label was created. They do not have the product to ship. Called company three times and sent emails but no one gets back to me. I want a refund for the cups.

    I placed an order with MyYogurtSupplies on April 10, 2022 at 17:51:01 in the amount of $491.70 for 6 cases (1000/case) of 6oz cow print yogurt cups. Invoice #: **********.

    That evening I received an order confirmation.

    I never received the shipment. I called to check in on the progress of the shipment and left a message back in May 2022. I never received a call back.

    I tried calling again to go ahead and cancel the order in July 2022. I left a message and have never received a call back.

    I have filled out their form on their website to cancel the order and have had zero correspondence with them.

    I have given them an ample amount of time and I completely understand the shortages we are facing, however I would really appreciate an update and the opportunity to cancel my order.
