    I have used them before for over a year and it usually takes 1 week to 10 days for product which I plan but this last order was ordered on June 11 and after 2 phone calls and an email wanting to cancel the order, I get a notification that my order has been processed. Who knows how long it will take to get my order but this will probably be the last time I order from them. When you run a business, you cant afford to wait over 3 weeks for product. So disappointed.

    Placed an order of almost $400 for cups and my order was never recieved. I got an email that said order had been shipped, but when i look at tracking it just says labels were printed. I have left numerous voice mails and emails with no response. I wiuld recommend not doing business with this company
