    We found this company to service a commercial fridge on our customer's place in Palm Springs. No advance estimate and no response to customer inquiry about service status, until crazily high bills are sent long time after service is completed, with mismatching timeline and claim of no fear of us making public reviews. All they care is just deceiving as much as money for the service, instead of giving persuasive evidence of what they have done to support that crazy statements. All their constantly changing people of contact say is sorry for previous miscommunication (apparently, they did not respond to our follow-up requests, but "secretly" finished the job on our customer's location with their own people's signature which they claimed to be ours and then admitted its theirs, and then avoid talking about the signature) and consistently asking if we are refusing any payment before they take their measures. This is not a service company, but a scam. To pay over 2K for service a unit that is not even worth that much? We'd rather replace our customer a new unit. They intentionally played the trick to not updating us beforehand, but come with high bills claiming "The price may not be favorable but it was done, and completed." .... Horrible business.
