      On 2/19/23 at 1:16pm I made an online reservation.

      At 2:10pm the same day i called to cancel and get a refund.
      I didn’t use the service at all. They charged my card immediately.
      They stated they do not offer refunds but i didn’t think it would be for all requests.

      Customer was made aware of our nonrefundable policy before she was allowed to complete her reservation.  She had to read, accept and check the box that all our reservations are nonrefundable, but we allow allow for the reservation to be placed on hold to be used at a later date.  Tell us why here...

      I am rejecting this response because: I didn't use the service, they didn't do anything to keep my money. I do not want to have a voucher for $250! That is a lot of money to give someone when I do not have a date and time to use it in the future. I want a FULL refund. I do not think it is right for a company to keep funds for a service that was never used and wouldn't have been used for many days. I told them I had a family emergency and could not use the reservation. That should be enough to cancel and refund someone.
