      We rented a 4 seater for one hour from this establishment and purchased the insurance. There was a senior citizen with us. The four seater looked really beat up and was not in great condition. We mainly drove on the flat surfaces and avoided areas with debris/hills.
      When we came back to drop off the rental we discovered the side wall of one of the rear tires blew out. There was no nail or anything else that was stuck to the tire that caused the tire to puncture. The side wall was just completely blown out. We were surprised considering our speed didn’t pass 18mph.
      My guess is that the tire was either really old or they were over inflated that lead to the sidewall getting damaged like that.
      Considering that tires are something that wear easily. I would image the establishment including the price of maintenance in their hourly rate. We even purchased their insurance too which was additional 50 dollars. But they ended up charging additional 105 dollars(which was more than half the cost of the hourly rate) for an old tire that was probably beaten up prior to us getting a rental.
      I tried speaking to the manager about the matter and he started raising his voice at me over the phone and spoke to me in a very disrespectful demeanor right away.
      I feel like we got scammed. We paid for a beat up four seater atv. The ebrake kept on activating itself. The atv itself looked like it was probably rented out like 10 times that day. And the tire popped on us and we got hit with a fee for something we didn’t definitely didn’t cause.
      Our whole experience was ruined especially after seeing how they treat their customers. I had to remind the manager I spent money at their establishment and protested for his respect. Wayne was very disrespectful.
      Go with a different company if ur thinking about renting with them. Not worth ruining ur experience over hidden charges on a beaten up atv that will probably break soon. If something breaks on it they will charge you.
