    FRAUDULENT COMPANY Morning of 12/14/2023 went to total testing solutions *********, ** for a Covid PCR test.Was told results will be provided by end of the day by email/ phone.No test results were provided.Attempted to contact the next morning 12/15/2023, left voicemail, no call back in 3 hours.Attempted to call again, THEY answered. **************** asked for my email, was completely different, CSR stated that they will re-email with corrected email address in 5 minutes.5 hours later tried calling back, only the billing department would answer after 21 calls leaving voicemail, frustrated!Finally called insurance company to cancel their billing for service, also file complaint TTS does not deserve payment FRAUDULENT COMPANY!!!

    I received. " *********************************" test results at my address. I live on 53rd Street in L.A. I tried to contact facility to let them know and possibly retrieve correct address to forward but the answering service not connect. I now must return to mail person without good address. Poor business and mishandled of personal info!

    Covid Test in a parking lot in Nov 2022. Email noted that if insurance did not cover, a maximum charge of $50 would be applied. June 2023 I received text messages that my statement for TTS was ready. I thought it was phishing/spam and ignored it. Received a bill in the mail from TTS for $200. I called the billing number on the bill--the phone tree did not have a billing **** option and all other options had full mail boxes. I have to dispute this bill--sent 7 months after the fact w/ no billing **** to contact.
