    Starlink has no customer service. I've been locked out of my account for a few weeks. Message says Invalid Credentials when trying to log in. There's no reason for it to be invalid. Next step is to click on Password/Account Recovery. That never works. There are no phone numbers or email addresses which means there is no customer service at all. They do have a Support tab on the website with some information but still no way to contact a human being. If you can't access your account you can't make changes or request a ticket for help. In the meantime there is an automatic charge of $110 a month from my credit card. With no way to terminate service I may be forced to cancel the credit card.

    **************** is no existent. It took 13 days to respond to a simple RMA request because they sent the wrong accessory. If you need any help with Starlink services, better off contacting **** on ******* then getting a timely response from customer support.

    Starlink has no customer service; all it has is an automated message telling customers to wait. I haven't been unable to get in touch with anyone to help solve the problem for weeks now, as of 1/2023.

    SpaceX Starlink internet service is committing fraud by taking payments and offering services that are not being fulfilled.



    January X XXXX I reported no service.



    No one has responded to my request for help.

    I canceled my service January XX XXXX.

    I DID RECEIVE A CONFIRMATION OF CANCELLATION! (Screenshots to verify)

    Today is Jan XX XXXX and a new payment was taken from my bank account for February service which I do not have.

    I am filing a complaint with the better business bureau, as I see many others have also done.

    Starlink is horrendous. Worked decent for about 5 months. Suddenly stopped working. Bought new equipment, and still didn't work. After spending thousands of dollars for 'ok' internet, being treated so poorly is just not right. If you don't get a service you pay for, it should be considered fraud. There is NO customer service, only trouble tickets. Save your money avoid Starlink.

    Feels like Extortion because it probably is. We paid our $100 fee to StarLink to get put on the waiting list. Finally, in 2023, we were going to have decent internet so my kids could do school homework at home instead of me driving extra miles every day and sitting for hours with them in the public library to use the free internet there. I'm a mom. I have things at home to do. And gas is expensive!! Our WRITTEN AGREEMENT with StarLink was that we would pay almost $600 AND get our supplies in 2023. At the end of November 2022, we received an email stating we had SEVEN DAYS to cough up the almost $600 or they would cancel our agreement and we'd have to start over with the $100 waiting fee and a long wait!! NO! That was NOT what was in our original agreement with StarLink! But we needed better internet (we had Centurylink who'd been promising ** better internet since 2009 and never delivered) for business and school. So it really didn't make sense to wait all that time again. Why am I writing this customer complaint? I do not like being bullied and I do not like being lied to. I'm pretty sure what they did is totally illegal. We had a written agreement. 2023. That almost $600 was my Christmas money for my kids! There's NOTHING under the tree for them. Mom and dad got StarLink, and they got fewer excuses to skip homework for Christmas. Yay. Thank God they're all teenagers and they've been watching the StarLink guy acting like a childish brat on the news. They understand we were extorted by him and his dishonest business practices. That's not going to make Christmas morning feel any less hurtful to them though. I'm still LIVID that they insisted on getting our money two months before we originally agreed.

    Spacex is a terrible company to deal with. I placed a $100 deposit on service and after waiting forever tried to cancel. They say they have issued a refund but they have not. My bank account was closed that I made the payment from and I have tried the web page plus calling them and I can not get a simple $100 refund.

    StartLink RV **************** is terrible. They allow to pause their RV internet service and their terms of use state that they bill in whole monthly billing cycles and can be paused at any time. I paused two weeks before the next billing cycle but will still be charged. Every customer service response is delayed, and they send back vague and incomplete responses, then immediately close the support ticket. After a week, and reopening the ticket after each response, this is still unresolved.

    Starlink arrived and worked great. Then we lost internet and there seemed no way to fix it. No help customer support barely exist. Paying 110$ a month not to have internet for 2 months. We cancelled reluctantly but it seemed like there was no hope in site.

    Finally rural high speed internet, very worth the wait. Yes, I waited 14 months, I have used the equipment supplied and am more than thrilled with the results. I am in a Starlink Facebook group and the majority of complaints seem to stem from line jumping (ordering for an address not your own). Attempting to modify equipment, or just plain lack of not following set up instructions. My tip, be patient, follow the steps and don't try to be fancy and it works as designed.
