    They have a great selection and their customer service is amazing. My order shipped way ahead of time and *** helped me find someone to do the assembly at a great price. Definitely recommend them if you need any good exercise equipment.

    Misleading Sales Rep. It's definitely a HARD credit inquiry. However she said it would be a soft pull since I already had an account. I was going to get the bike either way so the deception wasn't necessary, hence the two star rating.No doubt its a good bike...For the misleading bottom line of the bike, they could've atleast gave me a compatible HR strap. I received a taped up, dirty Polar H1, Polar's current HR is H10. What is a H1 compatible to in 2023?? Absolutely nothing!I chose not to do a review but they continue sending emails for one several months later.Be honest with potential customers, and don't give discontinued gifts.

    The service from them has been great! The bike came as promised and in great shape. The package was in excellent condition and no broken parts. Getting a service technician for an adjustment on the drive change has been an issue, but not for the organization.I would strongly recommend this company for your cycling bikes. Total Body Experts follow through with all emails and request for more information on their products and services.Great over all company and professional staff.

    I ordered a Schwinn AC Performance Carbon Blue bike, received a great price and a free Connect console. Shipped in perfect condition. I unfortunately have had an issue with the bike so I contacted ******* with their service department by email. Within 5 minutes, he opened a case for me and referred the issue for warranty repair. This was just today so I havent received the repair yet but I really appreciate their quick attention to this matter.

    I LOVE my Stairmaster SM3 Stepmill (for home use). I use it 5 days a week and it is a wonderful machine for cardio and toning the core, glutes, and legs. I started off at 5 minutes, but can now climb 20 minutes at a time. I sometimes hop on for a few minutes every hour for a little extra cardio. (I do add weights for upper body after my climb.) I like to set my phone on the monitor lip and watch videos or listen to music on ******* as I climb. I haven't even touched the workouts from the monitor yet because the workout from the climb is enough. I can easily change speeds/levels just by pushing the up/down arrows. Oh yeah! There is a water bottle holder too! This Stairmaster is great!
