    I called Total Body Experts service department before they opened, ******* returned a call to me from caller ID and went out of his way to help me with a warranty for my Stairmaster that I thought was 1 year, turns out it was a 3 year warranty. ******* handled the process of getting photos to him with GREAT help. Nothing but praise for ******* and Total Body Experts for going the extra to satisfy the customer. FANTASTIC JOB!

    After my stages sc3 bike was delivered I had a few issues with the console, so I called Total body experts and Francis helped me out. He was friendly and very patient with me as he walked me thru step by step in the console to make the necessry changes I needed. Fantastic customer service from these guys and I know that they are only a phone call away, when and if, I need help again. So reassuring to know that. Thank you Francis for the outstanding customer service!

    Just bought a Gauntlet 8X Stairmaster, which we installed today. Needed the help of ******* at TBE's service department a couple of times during the process. He has been extremely responsive and helpful. Feeling very good about the purchase and the service quality at TBE.

    From the beginning of my process with total body experts, all the way up to now after receiving my indoor cycle bike I have had an amazing experience. The process of ordering, of any issues I've had, and even a concern I had has been quick responses every time I've contacted. **************** is definitely a pet peeve of mine and they deliver excellent customer service experiences. Each person treats you as if they are truly invested in your journey and really wants you to have a great experience. I also appreciate how they use their products instead of just selling their products. It makes a difference when I call in.

    Purchased a new StairMaster 8GX from TBE and had a great experience. ***** was very helpful from the beginning to the end. He answered our questions and was easily accessible throughout the process. TBE had the best price on the stair machine. It was delivered fast and came in good condition. Will look to purchase from TBE, and *****, again in the future.

    I had an amazing experience purchasing a brand new stationary bike. The team was incredibly professional and really took the time to help me understand my options, they made sure everything was fitted properly and that I knew exactly how to use the equipment. I was blown away by the quality of the customer service. Highly recommended!
