    I purchased the Glutdrive for my busy health club a few months ago, first it came in the timeline I was promised and when it arrived it was easy to put together and very sturdy!! My Members have loved it from day one and it's definitely a value to my gym. Chris the Rep I worked with was great in educating me on equipment and everything I was told was spot on. Great experience all around!!

    Excellent customer service. I called regarding a cracked vessel to my life cycle elliptical (I broke it moving into the house). Francis found the correct vessel part #, gave me the link to lifecycle and an additional source for assistance. Very helpful, understanding and supportive.

    I thought I was going to get the run-a-round when the bike I had delivered was defective. On the contrary, the service department went above and beyond by contacting the manufacturer and making sure that I received a new bike forthwith and kept me informed along the way as to status. Would absolutely recommend TBE

    A bit confusing to actually get the bike ordered and shipped. When I placed the order I got a web page error but my card was charged! I did get a link for the order but it showed my status as "pending payment" I had to call and follow up to see why my money was paid but not acknowledged by their system. They told me it would take a day or two for the "manual process" to apply my funds to the order. Isn't this what computers are supposed to do? Once the order was finally booked they quoted 48 - 72 hours for shipping, AMZN this isn't. Now, once things got into the queue and shipped it was all professionally handled. There was a small issue of screws for a bracket missing from the bike and Total Body Experts did a great job at customer service to get that taken care of. I would order from Total Body Experts again, BUT, realize it is like going back to ordering something in the 1980s, slow and manual.
