5 stars********* *. and ******* were personable, knowledgeable, and efficient. After testing the A/C functioning and condition of the equipment, a recommendation was made to add one part to keep the compressor from running too many amps when starting up to extend the lifetime of the system. The numbers recorded before and after the addition were reassuring in that the start amps had been corrected well into the normal range.Review fromRichard L

**** was my Technician today. He performed a complete service on my AC/Heating unit. He checked my water heater and drain out some of the water. He also replaced my air filter in my main vent area. He was personable and took the time to explain everything he was doing. I really appreciate how thorough all the technicians are at American Air Conditioning and Heating!! Our last technician, ******, was exceptional! He did his work thoroughly and didnt give us a hard sell on services. However, the last time we had maintenance done, we had a junior technician waiting at our house for hours for one of the owners to come and try to give us a hard sell on almost $20K worth of work, despite our AC unit being only a few years old (and installed by them). I lost an entire day of work to their antics and scare tactics.American AC Heat Plumbing
