Appliance Heroes is an authorized repair for Speed Queen. I called on May 29, 2023 to have them come out to repair my washing machine which is under warranty. The repair man, *****, came out on June 1. He told me my machine needed a part. He would order it and it should be in in about 2 weeks. I paid $25.00 for the out of service fee. 2 months have past. They don't answer the phone and they don't return my calls.Initial Complaint

Appliance Repair Heroes, Inc. has stolen my money and won't answer or return my calls for months. We paid for both a consultation AND for a future fixing service that was to occur once the parts arrived and the service was to be provided. So this company was super easy to reach for the initial scheduled consultation cause it required upfront payment. So the second we paid, they stopped answering any of our calls and did not return a single one. It has been months. I do not want to drive 1.5 hours to Hayward because they won't answer or return a single **** call. Either the business fixes our microwave that we already paid for, or they will reimburse me to the full extent. There is no other option. I will take legal action if this goes on any further.Initial Complaint

This business is a FRAUD.First, they do not answer telephone calls or return calls after a half dozen calls to them. Second they simply do not show up for multiple appointments and LIE that they were there when in fact I was waiting outside for them for hours. Third they show up and said they need a part then never return or installed it. Fourth they closed the Case and again lied and said the technician came by and someone told him the problem was fixed. The technician never came by and problem was not addressed. See email below that work was completed it WAS ABSOLUTELY NOT. Appliance Repair Heroes was contracted by Assurant Protection Plan on 1/30/2023 to fix my GE Dryer. A technician came out, looked at the machine but did not touch it and said he knew what the problem was and needed to order parts which would take 1-2 weeks to receive. After week 2 came and went, I called Appliance Repair Heroes and was told the parts were on back order and they should have them by 2/15/2023. When I didn't receive a call back after 2/15, I tried to contact Appliance Repair but there was no answer. I left a message and never received a call back. I took my complaint to Assurant Protection Plan and they said they would contact Appliance Repair and get resolution. I received no follow up response from Assurant Protection so I tried contacting Appliance Repair one more time on 2/16 and got through. I was told that they were waiting for one more part and that they should receive it on Tuesday 2/21/23 and that they could schedule an appt for me today 2/22/23 between 10am and 2pm. I took the appointment. Around 11am I called to confirm the tech was still coming and their automatic system says they are closed today.Initial Complaint

Bought and Installed a DCS BBQ, glow plugs have not worked since the installation, the appliance store contacted appliance hero as the servicing company. I cannot get a reply or an update to replace the plugs as was suggested in Sept 2022. Many text messages sent by me with no reply from them. This service request is now over 4 months old. Appliance Repair Heroes sent a service tech to my home 6 weeks ago to fix my fridge which is under an extended warranty. The first problem was that the Appliance Repair Heroes made the appointment for one date and then showed up on another date. The service tech said my KitchenAid fridge needed a new temperature sensor and that when they had the part they would contact me. They have not contacted me about it. They do not return my phone calls and do not give me updates by text when I text them. They have the worst service of any repair business I have ever dealt with in my 70 years of life. My fridge still isn't repaired and I feel like they have completely dropped the ball and are not taking responsibility.Initial Complaint

This business is an authorized repair company for Beko appliances. The work order assigned to this company by ********************* is ***********. I am trying to contact this business since 11/29/22 and have no response from it. The phone number provided has only the outgoing message, there is no response to my voice messages and text message. Appliance Repair Heroes is the contractor for Lowes appliance warranties. Twice now, they have closed my complaint for my dishwasher without fixing it. This time the guy called and got the serial number and then closed out the ticket. Second time they havent fixed the problem.
