      Don't use this company. My fridge was never fixed. They don't answer emails or phone calls. They just take their money from warranty companies. Can't believe this company is still in businesses. Bad service all the way around.

      Hello,

       

      We repaired this refrigerator under a warranty extended program with Guardsman Warranty. ******** was advised prior to booking an appointment of the terms and conditions of the warranty. Warranty only repair mechanicla and electrical failed components due to manufacture part defect. We arrived on site and the issue the customer had is that the filter light would come on every so often. This indicator light is a reminder to change the filter. If you have hard water you must take care of that issue as well. The warranty does not cover filters. Customer is advised of the issue. Customer does not pay our firm to do ***********************.

      Do NOT use this company. They don't answer any phone calls, Stayed home on a Saturday and they never showed up for a dishwasher repair. No phone call; No communication. Left several voicemails. I do not know how they have stayed in business. Not customer focused at all.

      APPLIANCE REPAIR HEROS IS A SCAM! Do not call them. They don't even answer or return phone calls any more anyway. They say they are coming out or ordering a part but all they do is take insurance money.

      This company is a scam. Business does not respond to emails or phone call messages. No receipts given to customers and only want cash or checks. This company needs to be investigated and shut down by the Better Business Bureau.

      I'd give this company negative stars if I could. I have a contract with ********, who assigned my dishwasher case to this company on Jan. 3, 2023. I had to phone to find out when someone was coming. A tech came to my house on Jan. 11, said he needed to order parts, which should take 1 to 2 weeks. He didn't give me his contact info. I thought there might be supply chain issues, so I didn't start trying to contact the office until Feb. 2. I have never reached a person, and I have had no response to multiple voicemails, texts, and emails. I am going to be writing to Assurant to tell them that they need to find a better provider or stop selling contracts in ************. I may be writing to the ** attorney general's consumer affairs office. If I can get a reasonable refund on the service contract costs, I will be cancelling it so I can spend my money with a local trusted repair company or a replacement dishwasher.
