Ace technician ***** came out to replace torsion springs on our garage door Saturday March 1, 2025, one spring was covered by our home warranty program, the other spring we had to pay Ace out of pocket ******.Door started making noises and sounded forced and was getting stuck, when repairman came out again 03/06/25 he stated that there were no issues and we just needed new rollers to support new springs that he installed. We called a local company {******} to come and replace our garage door rollers and they noticed that the torsion springs installed were the wrong size for our door and that the right door cable was loose and very dangerous. We are asking for our money back so we could get our garage door properly repaired by a knowledgeable company as soon as possible.

12-7-23 date of transaction failure to describe the problems or findings regarding the inspection on my garage door. This caused my home warranty insurance to deny repairs on my door, which were not described in the inspection.IF I paid for an inspection, I expect any technician to describe in complete and concise detains any problems, issues or parts involve in the malfunctioning of my garage door.

I would like to clarify our role in the recent job concerning the home warranty. We did not collect any payment for this service. Our responsibility is to observe and report our findings to the home warranty provider; we are not affiliated with the home warranty itself.

Our business model relies on the home warranty covering the job, and we maintain integrity in our reporting. It is not our practice to compromise our findings to accommodate customer expectations.

However, if the customer is in need of the $85, we are willing to contribute this amount to assist them. Nonetheless, it is important to note that we do not owe the customer anything beyond our professional reporting.

    Thank you for your understanding.

    Best regards,

          M Salem
