I purchased a battery in Jan/2023 for my daughters car. July/2024 the battery died. I had issues with the assistant manager at *********** location. The district manager was very helpful-and nice, unfortunately I was in a car accident and the battery replacement got put off. I am still within 1 year warranty and called, set appt, but needed a tow as the battery is dead and cannot be jumped. Called Indio shop set appointment, no tow was offered, I was given a disconnected number to a tow vendor and when calling back, after being hassled, my call was accidentally disconnected. The battery I was sold is dead, I need help, its an older vehicle, my daughter has no road side assistance, and ****** (who I have always gone to) has become a disaster to work with. I need a tow and a replacement battery since its under warranty. My daughter lives across the street from Ramona tires in ***********.Initial Complaint

I took my vehicle for an oil change on Saturday April 27th. And the technicians did a horrible job. The ********** Fastner was left off of the oil filter which put my entire engine at risk of blowing a gasket . My driveway and garage were damaged because of the faulty repairs and oil leaking from the driveway into my garage; I had to return to ***************** after being in the shop more than an hour to have this issue resolved and requested and was told by the Manager *********************** that " I'm truly sorry, I realize this could have blown up you engine " I then proceeded to ask how and why it happened in the first place? I requested that I be made whole again professionally power washing my driveway and my garage. As requested by *********************** the manager he wantedto personally power wash my driveway and garage; I emailed all of the damage and photos. That was on Saturday 4/27; I called Monday 4/29 to let him know it needed to be done by a professional on the weekend not to inconvenience me by taking off work to supervise the repair. As of 5/2/24 ****** hasn't followed up with me and I ascertained by calling today and found out he was on vacation and couldn't care less about me , the fact that ****** could have blew up my engine, and that my driveway and garage ( my property) has sustained damage because of ******. I demand to be refunded for the repair of my automobile and have my property repaired and damaged items replaced. ***** had the Audacity after I emailed every last photo directly to his ****** Tire email...to ask that I provide it again to his *************** ...I WILL NOT... but I will retain an Attorney to represent me in this matter.--Respectfully *********************Business Response

Hello *****************************,
Thank you for taking the time to contact us regarding this matter. I am writing to personally express our sincerest apologies for Ms. ******************************* experience during her recent visit to Ramona Tire & Service Centers.
It was a pleasure speaking with you today. As discussed over the phone, on May 8, 2024, we contracted JM Pressure Washers to visit ************************ residents to have the driveway and garage professionally cleaned. On May 14, 2024, Ramona Tire 3019 processed a refund request for the amount of $95.09, to be mailed to Ms. *************************** at ************************************************************************. On May 18, 2024, ********************* (Store Manager) purchased a Mainstays Traditional Medallion 5 x 7 outdoor rug from ******* to replace the oil damaged rug. On May 18, 2024, ********************* emailed ******************** to inform her that we had purchased the rug and would like to make further arrangements to personally delivery the rug to her residents, and schedule a follow up appointment per ************************ request to inspect her vehicle again to confirm the oil leak is no longer present and addressed. I also called ******************** yesterday, Monday, May 20, 2024, and left a message on her VM. We are currently waiting for a response from ********************.
In the meantime, please feel free to contact me with any additional questions or concerns.
Thank you

My car started making Loud noises , I took it to Ramona tire in ******** **, they said the noise was my brakes and rotors and also decided to replace my filters , back windshield wipers and other things that did not pertain to the problem! They charged me ****** as soon as I started the car it continued to make noise before I even pulled off the property, the store worker informed me that the noise would die down and if it didnt bring it back. My daughter drove the car home to ***** and the next morning the noise was even louder . My daughter took it to the Ramona tire in ***** same business, and they lifted the suv and told her theres a hole in the muffler that was the sound! He informed her that it would be cheaper to just take it to a welder which and he could weld the hole instead of replacing the whole thing so we found one and he charged 100$ to solve our problem. We contacted Ramona tire in Beaumont and informed them all they did was offer the 100$ back to the credit card in order for us to take down the bad review from ******** The car feels shaky and the brakes sound horrible not only did they over charge and not fix the problem, they couldnt have changed the breaks because theyre worst than ever !! They sound so horrible and the car feels loose to drive . Ive never In my life experienced this before, they had no right to charge all that money and not fix a thing .Initial Complaint

I was charged for the wrong tire that was put on my car. I got a flat on Labor Day on the freeway on the tire that they put on. I returned back to their place of business and he told me that they had received the incorrect tire that was put onto my car. He took the tire and said he would call me with a solution to this issue. I’ve been back to the place 3 times and have not yet received a solution or a refund due to their mistake. I had to purchase the correct tire that cost me over 400 dollars they charged me over 500. I have a model y Tesla and the tire they put on my car was not for a tesla. It was not capable of the weight of my car and that’s why the flat was instant and was unsafe. I want to be refunded for the total amount that I was charged. He admitted that the tire they put on was not what I paid for and the error was on their part. It’s been almost a week and I have not yet heard from anyone about this issue. Please help me to resolve this
Thanks
