      I took my car to the ******** location to have the oil changed. It was brought to my attention that I had some type of "blockage with the air filter". I asked them to make the necessary repairs. I was told that my vehicle would be ready in an hour. 4 hours later, they still were not done and I needed to leave so I asked them to not change the filter. Well the report they sent me had a photo of a rats nest in my air filter compartment under my hood. Instead of just throwing the rats nest out after I asked them to halt on completing this repair due to the amount of time they had my car, they put the rats nest back in my car and gave it to me that way. Not to mention when I asked how much longer it was going to be - I walked out to the shop and all of the employees were not working and on their phones laughing watching videos while my vehicle was on the jacks for two hours. Additionally, the cabin filter was removed and they left all the debris on my front seat and on my floor board a mess. I am disgusted that this is the type of service I received considering they were charging me $218 to replace and install the two air filters. I will never go back to this place nor will they ever receive a referral from me again! This was the worst most unprofessional experience I have ever experienced with at any automotive place. If I could give zero stars I would! This place is a rip off with horrible customer ********************** and deserves to be shut down. I wish I had the option to post photos.

      Ramona tire in Redlands has the worst employees I took my truck there Friday to have tires put on all the way around I have aluminum rims so they decided to put the shity weights on the front they were suppose to put the sticky weight s on the back so Tuesday I went to get in my truck and one of the weight s were on the ground so I took them back they put the weights again on the front and the scratched the hell out of my rims I call texted corporate this morning and Still no reply so I just called the bureau of automotive and I’m getting hold of my lawyer Ithey will but me new rims

      Will never go back after 2300 dollars for all brakes and rotors and back seals ,, first a few months later i had to take back and leave car again to fix Screeching in breaks , then 6mo. after that all dash lights (abs, brake, anti skid) started going on and off...finally 18 moths later it was discover they broke a speed sensor wheel wire and tried to repair it and hide it...the manager is full of excused and has no interity and is a joke ..they are only shop that ever worked on all my brakes and , now he says he has no mechanic that knows how to fix it ...ohhh wow .murrieta location is a rip off.

      My daughter bought her first car and after a year or two set out to get new tires. Being her first car she didn’t know about the warranty when buying tires and wasn’t informed. As a father I went to the store asking could I pay for the warranty and get a new tire. Immediately the manager said no, so I asked if I could have the director contact me to discuss the issue. We have been long time customers and even though the store is not in our area, we previously never had a problem. The Ramona Tire District manager, Jose Iniguez, called me, asked for all the details and turned a very negative experience into a great one . He looked up my account and saw that we recently purchased 12 new tires totaling over $1200 and have been long time customers. He agreed that the entire situation should have been handled differently, made notes to correct the encounters like this in future training to best service the customer and provided the warranty. I was entirely pleased with his professionalism and gold star customer service.
