    I purchased this product in April 2024. It is now December 2024 and I have received nothing from this company. Their communication is extremely poor. My experience is similar to the other reviews on here that I have contacted them MANY times (7+) and the information I have received is the same response for the past year almost - "Delay due to manufacturing problems". I have asked for more specifics and *** said he was unable to give them to me, again without explaining why he couldn't give them to me. They told me they would be shipped "soon". Again I have been hearing that for the past year. In my opinion they are intentionally being dishonest so they don't have a massive influx of people requesting returns. This company is very shady and dishonest. I even asked if I could buy the old version and they declined that suggestion. I would never recommend them to anyone. My experience has been very negative. I cannot believe I picked up so many extra shifts to purchase this product. If I could choose zero stars, I would.

    This company is a scam. I ordered some zygo headphones on May 13, 2024. I have not received anything yet. When I do hear from them, they say the product is delayed. That is when I hear from them. No one answers the phone and they apparently just canceled my order without a refund. I just wasted $300 from this so called "company". No phone, an occasional email that says they are delayed. This is November and I ordered this in May. These people are impossible to deal with and I feel helpless that they just stole my $300 and there is nothing I can do. I will continue to call and email these scammers until they get sick of me. Not sure what else I can do

    I purchased the Z2 - Standard headset on February 27. 2024 with an expected delivery date of April 2024. Not only have I not received my order, but they refuse to answer their phones. They have responded to my email explaining the product is delayed due to manufacturing issues, but it will be shipped next month. However, after 7 months and consistently having to chase them for a status update, I have absolute zero confidence they have any intention of giving me my product. I have requested a refund and am not confident they will issue that. WARNING DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!
