    TOTAL: $3,178.25

After I initially took my vehicle in to auto wrench 2.0, which I had been charged $500 for a thermostat issue, I had it back for less than an hour and went to get a smog which it failed and then blew up shortly after the smog test. I was told by ******* T. the shop would fix the blown head gasket which I had diagnoses myself based off the incident even tho ******* tried to tell me it wasn’t a blown head gasket and that it was supposedly a collapsed hose. ******* called and told me it was the head gasket after all and told me the amount to cover would be about $2,700. But when I picked the vehicle up they charged me $3,178.25. The check engine light even came back on less than an hour after pick up and they told me to “drive it around”. Which didn’t work.

I have previously contacted the BBB which I received $438.35 02/05/23 as a refund for the unauthorized part ******* added without my knowledge/consent
    which was the intake manifold.

I now am requesting a refund for the remainder of $2,739.99 from the full amount paid and an additional refund for the Down payment of $328.00
And the Financed amount of $1,312.00 which I am still in debt for and paying auto wrench 2.0 for through Sunbit.

    I want a refund of $4,379.99.

As I am now paying an additional $1600 today to fix the intake manifold gasket and O rings suit wrench 2.0 “fixed” which the new mechanic I took my car to fixed for half of what they charged me at Auto Wrench 2.0. For basically the same damn job. Because the guys at auto wrench finessed me with a bs job.

I’m starting to believe Auto Wrench put my car back together incorrectly purposely because ever since I took my vehicle to them it has been the same never ending issue and the fact I paid $3,100 to get my car back with a check engine light still on is ridiculous. On top of that I spotted my EGR cap missing when ******* was showing me the engine at pick up.

Back in December 2021, my 2017 Honda Accord sounded a little accelerated when it was started in the mornings, no other issues. I took the car in for checkup at Auto Wrench 2.0 and I was informed by ******* ***** that my car needed a timing belt changed. Since I had been going to this auto shop for about 20 years with all the vehicles I have owned, I trusted him and agreed to the service. He called me later that day to tell me that my car would actually needed a timing chain not a belt and quoted me the price. I agreed to it. At that point, my car had 133,260 miles and the timing chain was replaced. On Tuesday, 10/04/2022, the car died while being driven on the freeway (mileage at the time it broke down 145,648 miles). I had the car towed to an auto shop, not the one who did the timing chain as I had another issue with this shop with my second vehicle. My car was diagnosed as needing to have the engine replaced due to damage caused by the AutoWrench2.0 when the timing chain was changed. I was also informed that I should not have had the timing chain changed and I was pretty much ripped off by Auto Wrench. I have worked with ******* ***** to have him take responsibility for the damage done to my car and he refuses to accept responsibility. He is now offering to have my engine replaced for over $3,600. I refuse to have him work on my car and for me to pay that amount of money when the damage to my car was done by his negligence when replacing the timing chain. I have the documentation and information from the other mechanic that this damage was done when the timing chain was changed as it was not done right. I contacted Honda Corp to find out if there were any other issues related to the engine for this vehicle that may have caused the issue at hand and I was informed there was no such record. I need assistance getting this shop to take responsibility for the damage done to my car.
