  All they do is lie just to get you off their shoulders. I had my truck in there for almost 2 ********** had my boyfriend do all the talking since he knew what was going on with the *********** had told him to have them replace the bushings. Thats it. Was told that it wouldnt be in there for longer than a week, but its been 2 months or just about that time frame lol. The lady obviously has a few screws lose, so we were patient enough to wait it out. Each time we called, she said she would call back in a few minutes, but she never does. Its always the same response. My boyfriend had offered to fix it himself & asked if they can just order the parts for ********* pay for it, but she said some dumb s*** saying oh they already took the truck apart, which is another lie because once I got into a brief altercation with her sensitive dumb self, they no longer wanted to work on the ****************** was taken apart, from what I was told. They probably tampered with my truck right before it got picked up, because they sounded vengeful, so I will have it looked at, because its driving even worse than when we brought it in. I have filed a case with the ******* am moving forward into legal matters despite their clueless act. They have wasted 2 months of my ******** use that truck for work. We had to use **** throughout the waiting period. That whole business is so disorganized. They got soo many cars lined up needing *********** havent touched none of those cars in months, it seems. They keep taking in more work, more than they are actually working. Wasting peoples time. I need to be compensated for my time wasted & the hardship it had caused.(Uber everyday is not cheap), also they will need to get inspected, which is what Im working on. All in all, please dont waste your precious time with this place, unless your time isnt valuable.They have no idea how to diagnose a ****** which baffles me because that is about the easiest car make to fix

  Almost $1500 for a/c condenser. 3 wks.later not working. They have had it back for a week. NO COMMUNICATION, will not return phone calls. I am thinking of Leagal action or maybe ticketing in front of their business. Customers BEWARE of this business. My experience has been the same as all the other posts stated here. Wish I would seen these posts before I went to Auto Wrench 2.0.

  My truck has been there over 3 months just waiting on tie rods. You would think experienced mechanics would get the correct tie rods the first time. They are also very hard to get a hold of and never call back. I would give negative star rating if i could.

  Scammers, Thieves. Liars, They told us we had to replace the hydrid battery ($2700). When we ask for a picture of the codes cause we just replaced that battery and it was u der warranty. They went silent. Never sent is the codes, never returned calls, nothing. After 3 weeks we went and picked up the car without getting anything g done, not even a proper diagnoses. And had to pay for that NOTHING. Straight BS.

  This business scammed my partner and I out of almost $4,000. We took her 2004 mustang GT to auto wrench for a misfire, they had it for roughly 2-3 months just to do a diagnostic alone, finally they “ fixed” the issue we paid $500+ and got the car back and an hour later after getting the car from Auto wrench the head gasket blew and other damage was done to the car. She called and they instructed her to bring the car back. The car was towed back to auto wrench , they had it again this time for 2-3 weeks there was no communication as to what work would be done, the findings, etc. they never called us to discuss the amount to see if we would be able to afford the work to be done or if we wanted the work done at all. Previously , they called and consulted about the dollar amount for the work the first time verifying it was okay to start the work on the car after being given the price, however, this time they did not call and communicate, when we did finally received a call it was for them to let us know the car was ready, we went in and he told us all the things they added (that we were not aware of) and extra work they did. Again, that they did not call and notify us about anything after telling us they would give us a call we walked in and were informed we had to pay almost $3,100+. While driving home , 30 minutes away, after paying $3,100 the check engine light came on again. We called immediately and they simply told us to drive around a little and it should go off. It never went off, this occurred in March and the previous months. It is now September and the check engine light is still on, the same codes and problems are stilling showing up. We are now in debt and the issues we paid for are NOT fixed. We’ve had to come to another mechanic for the same issues we paid for at auto wrench. They never actually fixed the car, yet got paid for doing so and we are now having to spend money on the same issues once more. WE’D LIKE SOMEONE TO HELP US LEGALLY!!!!!
