    They are thieves they steal they lie I saw them with !y own eyes cutting off locks that's when I realized that they are the people who tried to cut my lock off they locked me out of my unit for at least 8 months out of. The past year because I saw the manager and her husband trying to get into other unit at 10 pm on a Sunday night after that the problems started they actually locked me in overnight on on April 16 and refused to let me out I had to call the police and fire department to get out the police had to wake The Manager ****** up to let me out at that point she still refused and the police kept telling her you can't lock her in because upu have a problem with her you can't do that it's not until the cops told me to start taking the gate apart that she finally opened it I was stuck in there from 7:00pm until 3:30 am when the police arrived and they managed to take my unit from me after I paid ***** they are sad people who steal from people when they know you are having a rough time because thats why you ended up at storage. However the first manager that was there I had no issues with and I was there for 2 years before ****** became the manager, ******* the general manager has to be involved because I kept telling her what was going on and nothing ever happened also ******* at right space storage was also involved I actually have a lot more information on this however I could never speak to anyone above *******. I would love to speak to someone above ******* and give them all the facts and proof I have. I would also like to complain about the manager stealing my unit she said she didn't take it however I saw her wearing my personal belongings

    This person's real name is *****************************. **************** initially signed a fraudulent lease with our company under her mother's name, *****************************. Once her fraud was discovered, we had Laterrie sign a new lease under her own name. ******************** unit was sold at auction for delinquency per our rights under the ********** Self Storage Facilities Act. In late 2022, **************** damaged our gate. $1,100 of the $1,700 payment she refers to in her complaint was actually for the gate damage. After the buyer took over the unit, he noticed two AR15s and a large bag of marijuana. These were all turned over to the Hesperia ****************** Two days after her unit was sold, **************** started sending threats to our employees about "the drug cartel". Our staff informed her that we could not be of further assistance, and reiterated that the unit was auctioned. Our company denies any wrongdoing. We complied with all elements of the ********** Self Storage Facilities Act.
