The facility itself is great clean the first manager I dealt with I rented from her for about a year and a half I had no issues the second manager that came in has been giving me issues ever since she started I do believe this is racially motivated which is sad I've been locked out of my unit about 6 months in total I've been locked in the storage facility with the manager on site telling me I need to call the police to get out the police and the fire department showed up at 3:00 a.m. to let me out I don't know the manager's reason for not letting me out however I did hear the cops tell her you cannot lock her in because you have a problem with her. I'm trying to gain access to the police report from that evening. From the beginning dealing with this manager seemed off and someone gained access to my unit after the manager gave me a lock with only one key. Anytime I ask the manager to view surveillance because someone tried to cut off my lock and someone gained entry to my unit within a two-day span she says she didn't see anything on the cameras but she can tell me what I did all day but can't tell me who tried to go in my unit and who actually went into my unit this is because I think she's involved. I was there at 10:00 p.m. one evening and I heard what appeared to be someone trying to cut locks off of the storage units to my surprise it was the manager and who I think was her husband once they noticed me I started getting harassed. I had to pay $1,700 for damage to the gate due to one of my guests knocking it off track and that includes two months of my unit fees with late fees even though I tried to pay monthly they refused my payment until I paid the $1,200 for damage to the gate the manager got upset because I did not pay in cash. I believe I should be compensated for all the months I was locked out because this hurt my business greatly I own my own cleaning service and my equipment is in my unit that I constantly got locked out of and had no access to.
